Selection sucks.no aknoledgement as you walk in.You could walk in and be looking around and they wont even say can i help you.We ask if they could adjust my glasses and the first thing they said was.Did you purchased them here? When i said yes, they ask me for my info to look it up.No trust.Why trust them if they cant even do the same.Very rude experince.Go to alderwood mall!!

Pay for a eye exam, but they refused to give me my pd reading unless I buy glasses from them which is way over price, I can buy the same pair online for less then half the price, and the only reason why I went to them for eye exam because under my provider and still cost me 50 dollar out of pocket. I will never go back. (Note: Walmart eye center is 100 time better.)

Our experience was excellent! My son got his first glasses there last week and they were extremely helpful with information and suggestions. They made the experience pleasant and we couldnt have been more pleased. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service! We will definitely return.
