Terrible place for getting glass! Called and was told with my Rx I can get 1.71 high index glass, came with my own new frame and paid for the 1.71 glass, almost a month later the pair came with 1.67 and one lens double the thickness of the other (I have the same Rx on both eyes!). The sales person didnt even realize there is an issue because they never bothered to check the glasses before they called me to pick up. I had to convince her by using her own template that the glass is wrong the the power was messed up in one of the lenses. They re-send to the lab and I was expecting to get a perfect frame back, instead it came again with 1.67 glass and again noticeably thicker one lens. I was told I cant get 1.71 and when I asked why I was told I can and why they took my money for it, suddenly I cant have it...safety issues. Ok, I will sign a waiver - "no, cant do it". Came to take refund but was told "let me ask the lab one more time if they would put a 1.71"...a full business day and a half later...no call and no message. 1.5 months since I paid over 300$ and no glasses. Drove down and was greeted by the very irritated manager who told me its against FDA to put in 1.71 (told her so found another place that said they have no problem putting in 1.71) and gave me the glasses but wouldnt refund me until I bring her the glass back ( the lab lost my plastic originals) and after they are done with their remodel. I will write this review wherever I can and report them to BBB because of the audacity of this business! To agree to provide service and collect money for it from the client and mess up multiple times while the client is waiting for the product, to inconvenience them and have them needing to go elsewhere after 1.5 moths of waiting and you will not refund them the money until they bring you your glass????? No accountability, poor excuses and lies is all I got from using this place! Next stop - Google campus right next to them where I have tons of friends working!

Cant believe I never did this.. well hmm.. this is the one and only place I EVER go to for ALL my glasses needs. I grew up going to Robin and I absolutely love her. She treats me with love and respect along with the fun, sarcastic Dr Atkins. I love everyone at the store. Theyre prompt, organized, fun and outgoing and eager to solve all your glasses needs. I live in a different state most of the year and to be honest I refuse to go anywhere else to get my eyes checked and glasses fixed! Hands down the best service ever. I always go there just to say hi because Ive built a wonderful relationship with Robin.

This is the best eye doctor around. Kerry is funny, dresses with style and really knows his stuff. He has a machine that takes a picture of the back of your eye and it shows a myriad of things regarding the health of your eye. Its very helpful for things like diabetic complications. His staff is great... especially Robin who is our favorite. I think he has two locations but we go to the Kirkland office. We recommend them highly! Kelli and Dave

Dr Atkins found a way to help my aging (maturing) eyes continue in contact lenses and deal with road signs, the New Yorker typeface, computer screens, newspapers and TV. He suggested a modified mono-vision - Right eye corrected for road signs, left eye fitted with a bifocal for reading and computers. I have been using this combo for about 4 years and just now need a tweak in the prescription. Got some cool frames with triphasic lenses too.

Unique, Fun, Friendly, and Professional! Its rare to have all 4, but the staff here embodies all of that. I had a educational and thorough exam with Kerry, then Robin stayed past business hours to help me select a pair of stylish frames. They even give you a free pair of contacts to help you see the frames youre trying on! The integrity and service of this optical fun house are unparalleled. I highly recommend them!

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by stylish, sassy and supersweet staff members! The doctor is knowledgeable & approachable and the whole atmosphere is welcoming and fun! We were cared for as my future third grader picked up his glasses like no other optometrist office! I have worn glasses since 1975 and I have never encountered a better location for my/our needs than this!

Care and service were both excellent. A breath of fresh air, really. Doctor gave a thorough, un-hurried exam, and was very helpful in exploring options for the best possible fit and price (I wear contacts), as well as in answering questions I had. Staff was very friendly, too. I would definitely come back in the future.

This place is great, Dr. Kerry has been taking care of my eyes for almost 5 years now and I am very happy with his services. The staff is great, and you can get some of the best frames and lens here. Make sure to ask for Trivex lens, they are incredible!
