There are few things more frustrating and disabling than losing your ability to see clearly. I couldnt drive (I drive a delivery truck for a living so its a big deal) or keep a conversation because I couldnt read facial expression... So when your glasses break, its a big deal. Fortunately for me, these guys were Amazing! All the reviews are true. The customer service is refreshing and makes leaving your glasses there an easy decision. They do difficult welds in no time at all. I broke my (black thin metal frame) glasses on the left side of the bridge so I had no prayer of fixing it myself... But that didnt stop me from trying... I put super glue all over and made a mess of it... They cleaned that all off and made it look like it had never broke at all. They are really easy to get to from I-405 and they have parking. I dropped my glasses off and got them back within an hour. I cant say enough good about this place, they really saved the day.

There is a good reason why this place has virtually all 5* ratings, the staff are really friendly and the service quick and will save you loads of money. I went in today with my glasses which I had stepped on. The instructions I gave were just to patch them up so that they could last a week or so , until I could purchase a new pair. I went back an hour or so later and they were virtually good as new and the repair job was not easy as my glasses are quite specialized and have rubberized arms with little room to do corrective work. Great little find and Ill definitely be using them for any future repairs that I need doing.

Very disappointed. I brought in my glasses to get fixed because I bent them when I sat down. They fixed them, but I noticed they were really loose and they still looked crooked when I looked at them in my car. I brought them to another eyeglass company and they said they were still crooked. So they fixed that for me as well as tightened my glasses. Wish I could get my money back because my glasses were not 100%. I would not recommend.

I have taken MANY pairs of broken eye glasses here over the years. When the eyeglass stores say they cant fix your glasses OR cant strip off the coating, you can take them here and he will do it!! Im always referring people here. The hours are a little difficult for working folks but overall, this is my GO TO place to get ANY eyeglasses fixed! He is QUICK too! Sometimes fixes them right on the spot!

My two month old glasses became loose because I bumped them with a Coke bottle and got bent in the process, as I rebent it back , frame came loose, went in to this place and all it needed was retighting, and was kind enough to not charge me. I will for sure give them my business for more serious stuff in the future. Thank you

Brought my partners glasses in 30 mins before closing on a Saturday with a broken spring loaded bow. They repaired it, repainted it, and we were on our way before they closed. Awesome, friendly service and a very reasonable price. The glasses were designer and the repair is only minutely visible.

My frame broke at the bridge saturday, didnt know this place existed until sunday. Drove down Monday morning and they were fast considering there was 3 other people in front of me. Had my glasses back in about 50 minutes cleaned and repaired, you can barely see where the weld happened.

I had two pairs of glasses fix. Before I visited I though that I would have to throw them away. They were fixed very promptly and with in a one year workmanship guarantee I am a very happy customer. I definitely will return again if needed. The friendly dogs are great too!

Got referred to All American Eyeglass Repair and decided to take my badly damaged glasses in. When I arrived the staff was friendly and courteous. My glasses were completely repaired in an hour and a half just as promised. Would highly recommend this service.

Definitely a throw-back. Polite, gracious, friendly and extremely competent. Both gentlemen are very knowledgeable. Have saved my damaged wire frame glasses twice now. Prices are very low AND they have parking in Bellevue. Just no sense going elsewhere.

Charged me less than they originally quoted, and discouraged me from making unnecessary repairs. Had they wanted to, they could have rung up the bill. But the serviceman was very honest and helpful. The repairs were quick and cheap. Awesome buying experience.

Awesome customer service. Not only did my repair take under 10 minutes and cost free, I also was pleasantly greeted with the wags of the tails of samson & stephie(I hope I remembered correctly). I will definitely be going back with any eyeglass issues I have.

Fantastic service. My glasses were bent, smashed, and broken from being trampled. I was originally quoted $90, but was charged $75. I am extremely happy with the work done. You cant even tell they were broken.
