I found Clearvue through a groupon deal they offered for a pair of eyeglasses. I had a very positive experience with the staff and Dr. Heitmeyer. They allowed me to come back on a later date for no extra charge to get my eyes dilated (it was inconvenient for me on the day of my scheduled appointment), and Dr. Heitmeyer has been very responsive to questions and concerns Ive had via e-mail. I really appreciate that they have Saturday hours, so I dont have to miss work for my eye appointments. I have given Clearvue 4 stars just because their location is inconvenient for me, as I live in Seattle, and they have seemed disorganized at times. I have randomly received copies of bills and somehow they ordered contacts for me when I had picked them up months before. That being said, they have been very quick to straighten things out in their system. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I am very happy with my experience here. Upon entering, the office is pristinely clean, open, and modern. The receptionists are so welcoming and it really is nice to receive service with a genuine smile and conversation. The Optometrist I saw, Dr. Allison Moy, was quite knowledgeable, answered all my questions thoroughly, and I did not feel rushed by her at all. The Optician who helped me choose a pair of frames was graciously honest and I feel I walked away making the right choice for my look. I went to pick up my new frames today and I am so pleased. The fit and feel are great. I dont often take the time to review businesses but felt compelled to write one today because I am so satisfied with this clinic.

I needed an eye exam, new glasses and contacts and I was sure glad to find Clearvue Vision Center! The whole experience was great! I was able to get in quickly, the staff was very helpful and Dr. Heitmeyer was knowledgeable and personable. They do all the little things that really go the extra mile and make you feel like your business is appreciated. My contacts were mailed right to my house (and they took care of all the rebate paperwork for me!) and I just picked up my glasses today which look great. I would recommend them to anyone in the Kent/Renton WA area!

Dr. Heitmeyer is awesome! He removed a piece of rusty metal from my eye after I made a poor decision to drill through a piece of metal without safety glasses. I was nervous at first cause he seems young to be a doctore, but he really knows his stuff. He put a contact lens in my eye so it would heal faster and called later that evening to make sure I was feeling okay. Fortunately I dont need glasses for my eyes, but if I did this would be the place for me! Oh, and the staff is really friendly too.

I also was a patient at a center that closed and Dr. Heitmeyer assisted me there. I am very pleased that he has opened a new center to fulfil the communities needs. Both Dr. Heitmeyer and Dr. Gelt are extremely professional while making you feel that you are very important to them. The entire office staff and assistants are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome. I will continue to recommend this office to anyone that needs an eye dr. Thank you, Jo Ann C

I dont usually like medical appointments of any kind. However, if you need eye care, this is the place to have it. All staff and doctors are professional and very kind. You are immediately checked in and there was no wait for me at all. There were opportunities to utilize the latest research, which is important to me. As my eyesight did not change, there was no pressure to purchase products that I didnt need. And it took less than an hour! My kind of place.

Dr. Heitmeyer went above and beyond with my eye care. Bryan acknowledged my condition was outside the needs of his care and spent his personal time seeking the best doctor - allowing me to obtain immediate alternative care. I so appreciated his extra effort and was impressed when Dr. Heitmeyer followed up with me at the end of the day to ensure I had received the necessary care and that I was pleased with his recommendation. Who does that these days?!!!!!

Great doctors and staff at Clearvue. Really thorough doctors, very high tech equipment. I also like that Dr. Heitmeyer always explains why he is testing certain things and how it all works. I had been given allergy drops to use with my contact lenses by another doctor but it never helped. Dr. H gave me a throw-away daily lens called Proclear one-day and I feel great, no more allergy issues. Great place if youre looking.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gelt for many years. She is a very knowledgeable, professional and caring eye doctor. The office has the latest technology and the staff is very friendly. The optical carries many unique frame styles and the opticians take the time to pick the best frame and lens design for me. Their customer service always exceeds my expectations. My name is Sandy, I started seeing Dr. Gelt after the surgery center where I had gone closed. I am much happier at Clearvue Vision and so glad I chose to follow them in their new location. I recently had to wearing glasses. After I received my new glasses, I started having a problem with the hinge. I went down to the office and spoke to Bryan and he took a look at them and he ordered me new frames with no questions asked. I went in 2 weeks later and he put my lens in and adjusted them and I was on my way. I want to thank Bryan for the excellent customer service.

My husband has Alzheimers and Dr Heitmeyer was so patient with him. He is always very thorough does a lot of testing. The front desk receptionists were very helpful and patient with my husband. They explain things so well . As Sandy said / After the surgery center closed she followed her Dr Gelt and I followed my DR Heitmeyer to Clearvue Vision Center. I love it!!

I really liked the office, the staff, and the doctors. I had an emergency eye issue, and Dr. Gelt got me set up with specialist appointments that very same day. She was very thorough in her exams and she actually followed up with me to see how I was doing. They sell tons of designer frames too. Excellent service and true dedication to their patients....

Although I feel like my first eye appointment was far less thorough than my previous optometrist, their optician was top notch and got my glasses fitting so well that I stopped wearing my contacts all-together. She even explained the reasons for her adjustments as she made them. Friendly office, good advice and somewhere around par on the checkup.
