I worked with Amy, who was terrific in every way - professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She advised me on the pricing and explained how to get reimbursed from VSP, and helped me choose my frames. The frame styles run the gamut - everything from wire rims to Harry Potter. They have great prices and great deals. My ophthalmologist recommended them highly, saying his patients have had great customer service and are happy with the glasses they produce. I live about 15 miles away, and there are many nearby optical options, but I drive the distance for these guys.

Overall a good experience. I went in for the $59 eye examination. The Dr. was very professional and has been at this location for 20+ years. I received my prescription for another two years. The optometrist and the sales floor are two separate units. The Drs office was friendly and professional. Prices for frames were a bit steep.

Great service although no in-house lab for immediate glasses/lenses. But other than that, you should go here, and NEVER to "site for sore eyes" down the street.

Everyone there is professional, and knowledgeable. Its 8 miles out of my way but I still prefer to deal w Berkeley traffic amd lack of parking go there.

Poor service. Sets minimum legal prescription expirations to gouge customers who dont need another eye exam.
