Excellent. High marks for selection, style. But what differentiates Focal Point from others is a trait that seems to be harder and harder to come by these days: customer service. I felt like I was more than a customer to FP, I felt like I was a person. They were extremely responsive to any question I had, eager to help, very thorough with the help they did provide, even though I was all the way across the country. They were intent on making my experience shopping with them the best experience I ever had with glasses. I highly recommend Focal Point, and hope you have as great an experience with them as Ive had.

Excellent selection of frames & they have a knowledgeable staff to help you. As you can tell by their business name they are solely opticians (they help with fitting frames & can fill a specified prescription). Due to this they dont take most vision insurance, but if you have a plan where your insurance only covers frames every other year this is a great option. You can buy your frames here and take them to your doctor to fill the lenses.
