I really hope that, if nothing else, this review will serve to stir their conscience and move them to treat other customers with more respect in the future. I placed an order on Oct 22, 2015, 5 days later (Oct 27) having received no shipment and no communication from Tulip Bridal, I called them, of course no one answered the phone, so I left them a message inquiring if my items had been shipped, later that same day, they "emailed" me (no phone call again) that they didnt have one of the items. We went back and forth via email for the next few days, turns out they didnt have the one item but never shipped the one they did have either. Why, who knows? Long story short, I was never able to reach anyone on the phone, every time I called it went to an answering machine, I requested they just give me a quick call and all I ever received were terse, non-apologetic emails. Back and forth it went for about 3 days, in the meantime my event is getting closer and closer, I dont even know if the items are going to fit and they have a really strict return policy that I am not even sure I can comply with at this point given the date and the fact that my items have not even been shipped let alone received. So, by the third day, at my wits end and frustrated, and several unanswered phone calls later I called them out on their terrible service, of course via email as there is no other way to get in touch with them (for the record I used no profanity in my email just the truth and my frustration at being strung along by them). I would like to point out that a 5 minute phone call would have resolved the issue quickly and entirely; a very simple, "sorry we dont have this", "oh thats too bad send me this instead" or "no worries cancel that one but send me the one you have", and thats it, done! Guess what, instead of apologizing for the delay, and shipping what I ordered and the replacement item I chose as fast as possible to atone for the delay they caused. This store instead, cancelled my order (within a week of my event mind you) and, wait for it.....have blocked me from their site. Literally, I cannot access it from my IP address. To say that I was shocked to be treated in this way is an understatement. I hope others have better luck but personally I would caution anyone from ordering from them at all or at the very least, unless they have more than 1 month leeway between placing the order and their event.

Update 8/14/17 - Within a few hours of my google review, I was contacted by someone at the store to resolve this issue. I have since been issued a refund for the item. Glad they were helpful and courteous with the resolution. I ordered faux fur wraps for my bridesmaids, and had to order an extra size for one of them. Per the return policy online (which I verified via email) I had to contact them within 3 days of delivery for an RMA number. Not only did I do this (in the midst of my rehearsal, wedding and packing for my honeymoon) - but I emailed SEVERAL times AND called and left messages -- to which I got NO RESPONSE. My mother even continued to call/email after I went on my honeymoon, who also never got a response. I emailed several more times when I returned from my honeymoon, and have still never gotten a response.

I found Tulip Bridals Etsy shop and was happy to discover that their store was located in my area. I was a little bit skeptical that their dresses could be so affordable and yet still be high quality, but all of the dresses I looked at and tried on were beautiful and very high quality. My dress was made to order and I was allowed to customize and combine elements of two dresses that I liked. Sofie was extremely nice and helpful, and the whole process was incredibly easy. I cant believe I got such a lovely dress at approximately a third of the price of some of the other dresses I found at other bridal shops. I would highly recommend Tulip Bridal to anyone looking for a wedding dress.

I found their sight while looking for a silver sequin bolero. I looked at the date of my event and factored in 2 extra days for them to get the item to the post office for shipping to the UK. I have tried to call a number of times and I get a recording that does not allow me to leave messages. I have emailed them countless time to find out what is going on and now replay. At this point I am waiting to hear back about a refund as things have still not shipped and my event is soon approaching. AVOID!

I ordered a deep v back lace wedding dress and it was absolutely stunning! It fits me like a glove right out of the box. Everyone Ive told is just shocked with the amazing quality, fit , and look with this dress. I couldnt be happier with my decision from the style to the cost. I am beyond impressed with how the v back laid perfectly and I did not have to get any alterations at all. Thank you and highly recommended!
