As many people find out information second-hand from a colleague, friend or family member, this is how I came to meet Linh. My Mom had been going to Linh for quite some time. She always raved about how wonderful Linh was and how her work was always top notch! Being the perfectionist family that we are, our search never ends until we find what we deem to be utter perfection. First, it began with my pants...then my designer jeans...dresses...and my sisters dance costumes...they do it all! My most recent visit I was in a bind as I had recently purchased a dress for my class graduation and needed it altered ASAP. Linh took it in right away...and it was ready (and perfect) right on time! What I love about Linh is that she is extremely knowledgeable. She wont say she can do something unless she is certain. And even if something is not possible, she will offer alternate solutions that will leave you feeling happy and satisfied. I recommend Elegant Tailoring & Bridal with 110% confidence!

This place was HORRIBLE. We made an appointment on 4/7/12 for my sisters wedding to try on wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses. It felt like we were being sold wedding gowns and bridemaids dresses in someones dusty, mildew smelling living room. It was super crammed and the lady was rude and kept pulling dress styles that were NOTHING like the two pics we kept showing her. She helped my sister with one dress and talked to her like she was an idiot while getting her into the gown. She then left to help walk-ins and never came back. To leave us on our own after we made an appointment set us off. It was awful and I felt so bad this was my sisters first experience. We are going to Trudys in Campbell next time or Elegant Lace in San Jose.

I needed some pants re-altered because the first person who did them did not do a good job. Elegant Tailoring did a wonderful job and Im am extremely satisified. Their service goes above and beyond - many times they have completed rush delivery and did not charge extra for it. The owner listens to her customers and provides them with the best service. I only intended to have one pair of pants altered, but since my first trip I have made ~6 more trips. I have 100% confidence and dont think twice about taking my most valuable clothes there. You would be crazy not to give this shop a try! Joe

I brought my wedding gown in here to have some alterations, and Linh was so nice and helpful in recommending what needed to be done. She did not try to over sell me something that wasnt necessary. I was so happy that I decided to order my bridesmaid dresses here and rent the tuxedos as well. I would recommend coming to Linh for quality work and great service. She also does hemming for jeans and dresses at a fair price. I am so glad that i discovered this place

I needed a last minute alteration, Linh finished in less than two hours, and did not charge me a rush service fee; very reasonable. After I dropped the pants off, Linh called because she was suspect of the measurements I requested, and sure enough I had measured incorrectly. Thanks to her expertise she caught my error and made the adjustments. I have used Elegant Tailoring in the past and will continue to bring all of my tailoring need to her.

It was more like a hidden treasure! :) Marie was the best helper to find what you want in your budget. She can alter and fix just about ANYTHING for you!!! Ive been going to her for years. One time I found something (minor) wrong with my garments alteration and I went back. She fixed it immediately. She does quality work for a fair price. My whole extended family goes to her now.

I first discovered this place when I needed a bridesmaid dress altered. Linh (the owner) did such a great job with the bridesmaid dress that I have returned numerous times to have my own clothes tailored. Not only do the clothes look great, it was affordable.

Worst place to go!!!! Rude guy!!!! Go somewhere els, here they will treat you bad and is not worth it!!! Over price and horrible employees, the Indian guy who answer the phone should be fired horrible customer services
