I thought I found my wedding dress at another shop and then went here. The sales girl who helped me listened to what I wanted, let me look around and then made some suggestions that I may have not chose but fit what I described. I not only found my dress but it was one the sales girl Molly had found. Also, they respected my budget and did not push me to even try on something higher than I wanted to spend. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend it to anyone!!

Five stars to this shop! The shop itself is beautifully done with an excellent array of dresses. Immediately upon entering, I was welcomed by friendly faces. I was mostly interested in the jewelry at this point and found it to be striking and affordable and unique. I will definitely come back to this shop for bridal dress shopping in the near future when "he" proposes!

I loved my experience at Haute Bride. I had just had major knee surgery, but had to decide on a dress due to the timeline. Ariana was extremely patient and helpful. She helped me walk in the crutches with the big dresses, and never rushed me. I would recommend Haute Bride

Super friendly and welcoming. Some options if youre bigger than a size 8. Beautiful airy space with nice separated try-on areas. BYOB friendly (they supply the glassware). Professional staff. Couldnt be happier and glad I didnt go to one of the overrun aggro places in SF.

A group of us girls(and the bride) had an appointment here to try on dresses. Limited selection. Lack of interest by the staff. We felt uncomfortable and awkward. Definitely not an enjoyable experience for the bride nor the wedding party.

The store assistants are super friendly and nice. Weekend appts are 1hr but you can book week day appointments for 2 hrs. I never felt rushed and they were very accommodating and informative.
