For every Bride to be choosing the perfect dress and having the best experience is one of the most important things to begin the new chapter in their lives. Unfortunately this is not how my daughter experienced it. We decided to go to Blossoms to look at wedding dresses and this was our first stop. My daughter tried on several dresses and fell in love with this one dress. The size she wanted was not listed in the computer but we were told not to worry they would be able to get it. We put down a deposit of 818.00 due to we were going to get 10% off this was great,this was on Monday. On Thursday my daughter was notified by the shop that they are unable to get the dress she chose in that size ( not very surprising).They suggested she come in on Monday to try on a few more dresses and the consultant would pull them out for her. We thought that was fine. Monday we arrived a little early and when the consultant showed up she began bringing the dresses out. My daughter found another dress she really liked, and believe it or not it was cheaper. and everyone liked it. We received a credit to go towards the alterations and was told she would receive the dress in time since we were running out of time to order due to the wedding is in December . I couldnt believe it on Thursday my cell phone rang and it wa my daughter on the other end crying and asking if this was a sign. Thats when i realized the nightmare has begun. The second dress was discontinued. The only option they could come up with was if my daughter really loved this dress they could alter the floor model dress which i may add was not her size all torn and worn but would give us an additional 10%. or we could go look somewhere else. I informed my daughter to go to the shop where hr brides maids are getting their dresses. She found another dress and we needed the refund from blossoms to be able to order it. Again not a smooth transaction. They needed my credit card to apply the credit the only problem is they were not going to credit me the entire amount due to no records showing the first order. Thats when i lost it. I told them i had the original receipt and they should see the credit on the bottom. I asked the women to put the consultant on the phone because she knew the details. She went and spoke to her and was told this was all they were approved to give back. They would contact Katie the owner. I gave them till 4 to contact me back or i would be driving there after work for my money. 10 minutes later the woman called back and said they have the approval for the entire amount. Then i was told it would take several days to go back into my account. Needless to say we didnt have several days the other dress had to be ordered that day to receive it in time. I did speak to Katie informed her I would write this complaint. I normally dont write complaints i just wipe my hands and walk off., but i want warn other brides to be what might happen. Due to the time frame now my daughter will be receiving her other dress 2 weeks before the wedding and we dont even know if we will have time for alterations due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. I will never refer this company. The owner has been in business for 11 years she should know if the computer shows a certain size then you are unable to get another as well as she should keep her discontinued dresses up dated.

I will not be returning to Blossoms Bridal. Although most of the girls that work here are nice, the customer service otherwise is horrible. You pretty much have to babysit to make sure that they give you the right order. I had my wedding dress ordered here, beautiful dress and the girl that sold it to me was amazing. i ordered my dress 9 months before my wedding. Around the 6th month, I didnt hear anything so I went in to see what was going on to follow up and they told me my dress would be in a week, and even provided me with a tracking number. A week came and it was delivered to the store as per the tracking number, When I called to verify that the dress came, they told me that the dress that came was not my dress. Of course me being upset, the owner got involved to get the designer on to see why my dress was delayed. I was told that the girl at the designers company didnt fulfill the orders and a new girl was involved who told me it would be about 4 weeks to get my dress in. This also showed me that Blossoms never followed up on their end to ensure that everything was on track. The designer did follow up with me every week with a status call and provided me with a free veil and a $ credit as compensation for their mistake. The dress finally came in a month before the wedding. When I asked to see about compensation from Blossoms, it was a hassle. They offered a particular credit amount but when I arrived they had no record and refused to credit the promised amount. It was like pulling teeth from Blossoms. According to them, they had done everything to accommodate their mistake. Then when I went in to try on my dress and go thru alterations quotes, I got an estimate of about $225! Thank goodness I didnt need the dress altered at all! The place has beautiful dresses, but for the headache you have to go thru, its not worth it. I would not recommend Blossoms after the experience I had since I dont have time to do follow ups. Had I not inquired about my dress after 6 months of ordering it, I might have not had a dress for my wedding day.

This is literally the worse site. I ordered my dress, they sent it late, and then it came with tears and missing jewels. I told one lady about it and she literally told me that she didnt believe me and that I had to send her pictures. My mom and I took pictures of the potentially beautiful dress and she finally said "ok, if you wear it we have machines that will tell us." Which was no problem, because I didnt want to wear that piece of crap anyways. They said have it shipped within three days and youll get a full refund. Guess what? We set it to be returned right then and there. Almost 8 months later, and these jerks did not give my mom a refund. GUESS WHAT GUYS, your dress sucked and it couldve been nice but there were tears in the dress. And newsflash, I didnt even wear it. Your poor selves probably needed the money, though. So keep it. Ill help the poor any way I can, but Im glad I went with a new dress that didnt come from your horrible establishment. This store doesnt even deserve a one lol, at least if the lady who we were dealing with wasnt so rude, I would have said you guys tried your best. I work with people like her every day, and FYI, karma sucks. ;)

Why Google keeps not putting through my review of this store is questionable. I have purchased a total of 3 dresses from this store, including my wedding gown that I will be wearing in December. My most recent purchase was my wedding gown, which was purchased at this store specifically. I called Blossoms about scheduling a bridal gown appointment, and the sales associate recommended that I send a list of gowns that I like to her ahead of time. I went on their website (which is a lot better than it used to be), and made a list that was all over the board in terms of styles. When I arrived with my entire family I was greeted very nicely, and there were already dresses waiting for me. Luckily, they had almost every gown on my list in stock, which was amazing to me. I quickly found the perfect dress (Casablanca), and decided to purchase based on my positive experience. My family was extremely pleased with the service, and they are some of the pickiest people I know. I will be purchasing my bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, and all tuxedo rentals through Blossoms.
