I bought my wedding dress from here. While it was cheaper than other places Id found, they measured me wrong for the dress. I should have known when the saleswoman measured me with my jeans and padded bra on! She took such little time and did it so carelessly. However I reminded myself that they were professionals and knew what they were doing. When the dress arrived, it was probably 2 sizes too big. Our seamstress could only do so much, and it was too late to exchange the dress for another size. They need to put more time and thought into their brides, as something as little as taking accurate measurements can mean the difference between wearing a stunning dress and wearing what looks like a burlap sack.

Horrible dress shop. They ordered the WRONG dress size. It was way too small ! When I looked at the manufacturers sizing (which is the same chart that they have) against the measurements I gave them. they OBVIOUSLY ordered a size that was too small on purpose! It was 2 sizes too small! And when I called back and tried to explain to them that because THEY ordered the wrong size, I was going to have to spend $300 in alterations (for my bridesmaid dress), they gave me a BUNCH of excuses and said that the dress didnt fit cause I probably gained weight! EVEN though they were the ones that ordered a smaller size than my original measurements. UGH! Horrible people !! Save your $.

I was very surprised by some of the reviews read here. I bought my gown in November of 2008. The staff was nothing short of amazing in every way. Helpful, friendly etc. The gown was of the rack as my wedding was in December, and the alterations were quick and perfect. I couldnt have asked for a better experience ( I shopped every Bridal boutique in the are and would not say the same.) I am actually having my daughter-in-law to be come up next week form southern CA, for the sole purpose of working with the wonderful staff at Elegant Lace to find her gown.

Shopping at Elegant Lace was by far the best experience Ive had wedding dress shopping. The selection was huge and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Elise was fantastic- it was very clear that she was experienced and genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect dress. There was no pressure to get in and out quickly. I was able to try on as many dresses as I wished. I would recommend Elegant Lace to anyone looking for an amazing experience!

Clearly I agree with the other posters here, she is awesome, her shop had a lovely variety of dresses and I felt so welcome. I ended up getting the first dress I tried on. Her prices are very reasonable and I high recommend this store to everyone.

They handled the tux rentals for the Groomsman took measurements but for what? 1 out of 7 suites actually fit. The groom had to buy a suit the day before his wedding because of them. BEWARE!
