First I would like to start off by saying everything was rainbows and butterflies when I went in to purchase my wedding gown. They were complementing, very helpful, and kind. However, after the dress was purchased and I went in at a later date to order suits, I had to sit for 25 min waiting for help when there was three people working at the time and no one could spare some time to help me? In addition, when you rent a suit, they don’t tell you until you pick it up and its too late that you have to pay an extra 20$ for a vest, $10 for shoes which I specifically remember them saying was free with rental, and a something $$ fee for damages? (that have not been done yet?) So we spent $500 on three suits? that we could very well have purchased for less then that. They didn’t even fit! My groom looked like he was wearing a suit that would accommodate a 400 lb man. and THEY fit him. Now for the Grand finally!!!! I called in a week ahead to make sure my gown was pressed and ready they said okay well have it ready by Friday! Cool i said thinking everything was fine, friday came, i called to let them know the groom would be there to pick it up, and.... THEY COULDNT FIND MY DRESS, AND THEY DIDNT PRESS IT, IT WOULDNT BE READY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told them It was there a week ago, they need to find it and have it ready in 2 hrs when we pick it up and it was. But do you think that is professional? I cannot see how anyone has had a good experience here when so many things that were entrusted to them went wrong..... Conveniently when I call the owner is not in, guess Ill just have to stop by, and let other happy brides who are shopping hear what my experience was.. They did dye my shoes very well Ill give them that and my dress was beautiful...

I have been to this bridal shop a total of two times now. The first visit, to look at dresses, they continually tried to talk me into buying dresses that I repeatedly explained I did not want, no matter how many times I told them what I wanted, they just showed me examples and pictures of dresses they liked. Then told me that I had to order the dress without ever seeing it, out of a book, but that I could "try it on once it arrived." I told them I was going to continue looking elsewhere and they immediately said that if I found another dress I liked to come back and order it FROM them. Their attitudes about what I wanted made me uncomfortable, they would forget what I said two seconds after I said it, and the pressure to buy a dress from them was extremely unprofessional. The second time I visited the shop was for vests for the groomsmen. They have few examples, but a book to choose from which would have been fine, but the second I had my back turned looking at the vests 5 feet away from them, they were talking about me, and apparently had nothing nice to say about my wedding because I had told them my groom and his groomsmen would not be wearing full formal outfits, just vests. RUDE! I left immediately and on my way out they said for me to be sure to come back when I was ready to buy something. If you want to buy something they have on the racks you might have better luck here, but I would advise against going here. They are extremely rude and the owner or whoever she is always has a look on her face like she smells something terrible. Not the place for me!

I went in to this dress salon and was immediately stunned by all the gorgeous dresses and the great help! We had gone to other local shops but this one was so accommodating, we enjoyed the treats of champagne, croissants, and fruit that we brought with no gruff from the staff. The owner June and the dress consultant Molly were there to help and I have to say that Molly was the best consultant, with the best ideas and she understood exactly what I wanted or didnt want. Due to her great dress selections it made it very difficult for us to pick my dress! One of my favorites of this shop was their dress selections including Maggie Sottero, Casa Blanca and Watters Too, I tried them all on and they were great! I was able to choose a dress and was then a regular at the store getting our suits there, my jewelry, my girls lovely Watters Too bridesmaid dresses and some more dresses for family :). I was very greatful for all the help I recieved and have recommended this shop to many of my friends, five of which listened and have now purchased their dress their as well! I hope you enjoy the shop as much as I did and remember to always shop local but make sure its the right shop!!

My name is Abby and I would like to say just how wonderful my experience with June and the girls at the Collective Bride really was for me and my entire bridal party! They can be very busy, but once they start working with you, they do everything they can to get you exactly what you want. I can speak for not only myself, but for my older sister, as well, when I say, we were both thrilled with the excellent customer service, friendliness and willingness of June and the girls at the Collective Bride, to go above and beyond to help us achieve the wedding looks we wanted. They have gorgeous gowns, a wonderful alterations lady and wonderful accessories as well. I would not ever hesitate to recommend the Collective Bride because they were so incredibly wonderful and I loved my experience with them.

I had an absolutely wonderful and perfect experience with this bridal shop. After searching all over the state for my wedding dress little did I know it was here In my home town all along. They have a wide variety of dresses and very reasonable prices. After visiting hundreds of bridal stores I wish I could have came here first. I got my dream wedding dress here. Their seamstress is amazing. She did everything she promised she would and more. Ive heard horror stories about bridal stores and thought I might run into a problem or two but this place did everything right and made it a very pleasant experience for me. I highly recommend it!

When I went there for my bridesmaids, they were very nice and helpful. When my girls got their dresses one dress had some issues and I called them and they were very rude. They basically said there was nothing they could do and we would have to pay to fix it. I understand that part but they didnt have to be rude because I wasnt. I will say that the woman I spoke to didnt sound like the same women who were there when we bought the dress.

As the Mother of two Brides, I (we) had a wonderful experience at The Collective Bride. Both of my daughters found their "perfect" dress there. The selection is fantastic and the staff is knowledgeable, personable, and very helpful. I would highly recommend shopping here. We will definitely go back to The Collective Bride when shopping for daughter #3 wedding dress!
