Wow! I spent all day shopping for a wedding dress in Roseville, Sacramento, and what felt like all over creation! I had received no customer service all day and between my budget and need for modesty I was pretty discouraged. I had heard wonderful things about Always Elegant so I decided this would be our last stop. The owner greeted us as we walked in and she and the consultant started pulling dresses for me. The owner found a $1600 dress and gave it to me for $800! I was going to need some lace sleeves made so she ended up giving me the exact lace from my dress for the alterations completely free! I was able to buy the sample (I have a 3 month engagement and was nervous about time). So I walked out of Always Elegant with a gorgeous dress in my budget, lace for my alterations, and a smile that had been missing from my face all day! Did I mention the owner also gave me a garment bag for free? I will forever be grateful to Always Elegant! They made this bride feel incredibly loved!

How to describe my experience at Always Elegant Bridal?! PHENOMENAL! From the time I walked until after my wedding when the tuxedos were returned we had the best of service. Bee and her team are truly amazing at what they do. They had a special way of making me feel so at ease. The service that my husband and I recieved was top notch the ladies were always smiling and welcoming even our wedding party enjoyed ordering and picking up their wedding attire. My bridesmaids felt just a radiant as I did on our Big Day. Which was important to me because they are my best of friends they deserved to be treated well because we were all celebrating together. Our boys also enjoyed their experience they didnt feel the botique had a stuffy tone and therefore were relaxed through the process even got to joke around a bit. Even my sweet father was put a ease! All in all the experience was a pleasure and I would recommend Always Elegant to ANYONE who wanted to be treated like true lady.

Always Elegant is the epitome of bridal elegance. Each and every staff member is extremely qualified, attentive, and personable. During my experience shopping for my wedding gown I never once felt like I was being rushed or pressured into making a purchase. The stylists treated me as if they were my close friend shopping for my gown with me. There can be a lot of stressful moments when planning a wedding, but Bree and her team made my experience seamless. I felt as if I was in a high end boutique in a big city, their service and presentation in all areas is that incredible! I have gone gown shopping with multiple friends at Always Elegant and my experiences continue to impress me. My gown was exactly what I was searching for and I could not have done it without this incredible shop! Brides living near Chico, CA are in for a treat because they just opened up a location in downtown Chico!

I pruchased my dress a while ago (5 years) but had such a memorable experience that I wanted to post a review now. I went in originally without an appt and the owner (!) helped me find a dress that I fell in love with. I placed the order and everything was set for my April wedding - until I had to move the date up by 3 months on short notice (due to my husbands deployment). There was no way the dress could get to the shop in time so she gave me the sample, called her seamstress out of a dentist appt to come fit me and had me in the dress fitted, cleaned pressed and ready in 24 hours. (thats right - ONE DAY!) I was able to get married in the dress of my dreams thanks to the shop, the owner and the staffs willingness to work all night and go over and above my expectations. Dont bother going to Sac you wont find better staff or selection anywhere in the city!

Bree and her ladies are absolutely amazing! I walked in completely overwhelmed and feeling like I could not look good in a white dress after an experience at another bridal shop. Bree made my dress shopping experience so welcoming and stressless. I was even provided Brandys info for alterations. I fell in love with my dress more and more each time I went into her shop. My now husbands reaction when he saw me in my dress for the first time was something I will never forget. After going to many many bridal places from San Francisco to Reno, I fell in love with my dress at Always Elegant Bridal! Bri was amazing and made me feel like we were friends, easy going, helpful, honest and fun! My dress came in on time and she always accomodated my schedule because I live 45 minutes away. This place definitely does not deserve a five star rating all they care about is the money not the brides experience. when i went with my best friend they missed sized her and never called her back to see if she was even interested in ordering the dress from them needless to say we went somewhere else and found the exact same dress at a better price and i canceled my own appointment with them.

My dress was beautiful. Everyone loved it. The color was "blush" which was like an ivory but with a pinkish tinge rather than a yellow tinge (highly recommend!) They were very professional and if I had needed a wedding planner I would have considered their services.
