I have been completely left without a working oven. Bought one on-line, had it delivered just to find out it doesnt fit. Ok, sucks, but why did the delivery guys still take the working oven and the new oven, not answer any calls when we tried to retrieve the old working oven, and still charged us the $15 pick up fee in addition to we still have the oven that was returned on our card. So I paid nearly $1000 to be left without a stove for my family. I was offered a loaner but if it doesnt fit how can I use it? We even offered to find the driver and pick up the old oven but we were told it has already been thrown out 2 hours after it was picked up and after repeatedly calling the driver who stated he still had 6 more deliveries. Instead of upgrading I came home to no oven at all. Premier who is their shipping company is so unprofessional. I was told by my neighbor he saw the delivery driver drop my old stove. Maybe that is why I cant get it back and cant get an answer. But according to them it isnt their fault and Im SOL. After repeatedly contacting the store and their management team Nancy finally offered to help as no one else was taking accountability and I was close to seeking legal action. The only reason you get one star instead of 0 is because I had to. Lost my current business, future business (which sucks as we are looking to remodel our kitchen and upgrade more appliances), as well as my roommates business (who is buying a house AND was looking into opening an account to get her appliances but not after this).

I should have just bought my dishwasher from Lowes. They told me I would have it delivered in a week but it took two weeks to get delivered. When it was delivered I inspected the dishwasher not noticing until three hours later the delivery guy cracked the grout in my kitchen when he set it down. I immediately called the store to tell them what happened and they said well you signed everything was okay. I had to explain to them I didnt see it until later when I got off of work. The delivery company sent someone out a week later who showed up in. DIRECTV work truck to fix my grout. This was all too weird. The guy didnt have any tools or nothing. Mixed grout and slapped it in without doing anything else and a four days later the grout popped out and I was back to square one. I spent hours tying to get one of several managers of this store to get it handled. The last person I talked to was Jim who is a manager at this store who kept falling back on well you signed everything was okay with the delivery. Yeah I signed the product was okay I didnt notice the grout until after like Im going to put all this time into get over on this store for getting a small piece of grout fixed. All the managers have poor follow through at the store and the contractors they use for delivery and installation are the worst. If your going to do business with anyone use another store. I will not spend a dime with this company ever. The management team here is made of people that retired from Ringling Bros. because their a bunch of clowns.

I always have a good impression on HD, so when I need to remodel my place I went to their service with no doubt. But who knows, What a horrible experience with their service/contractors! Overpriced on everything! And very unclear charges! When I signed the contract with them to work on my floors, they said all leftover materials can be returned, but the reality is you can barely return anything (even if they are never touched) after they finish their job. And apparently they will order a lot more materials for you than you actually need (even if they measured the whole place before go into orders). So I end up wasting a lot of money on the extra materials that I will never need again, and they are brand new. The store claims that I got an overall refund/recall worth around $700, but the only return email receipt I got is less than $70, and I had to pay a price adjust on one labor item that costs me around $40. So the actual amount that I have ever received for refund/recall is only around $30. And again, I never got a detailed explanation on what that $700 dollars for. I guess it is some money that I shouldve received but never did, yet they emailed me a receipt to "force" me agreeing that I have received. I will never order any service from this store again, and I am not going to recommend it to anyone either.

I had a frustrating experience with Home Depot at Issaquah. We ordered blinds from HomeDepot where we used their personnel in getting measurements and ordered the blinds. the person (Jeff) was very efficient in taking measurements and knew his job well but it took two days for home depot to unearth the measurements that was sent over by Jeff and took me two visits to home depot. Ultimately homedepot did not check their fax machines where the order was sent 2 days ago. Again after getting the blinds shipped, in spite of getting any call back from the installer or Home depot I called them to give me a date to install as it has already been 2.5 weeks since the order was place, I spoke to the rep who promised to call me back with a date of installation or have the installers call be back... no reply. and now I have to wait another weekend without blinds before them can finalize a date for installation. I am yet to see the results of the blinds been installed but so far this has not been a frustrating and lack of responsibility from Home depot.

well, first went to electrical dept where a sale rep couldnt help me and sent me and other two customers to competition, the guy in plumbing was awesome, fast and helpful. The last was patio furniture. I picked a set, was told to pay at the service desk and they will load it for me on to my truck. I waited for about 40 min in line there with other customers, while many other HD employees strolled by looking bored and even chatting between themselves while standing with hands in their pockets. When my turn came, Adam at the service desk who was there by himself informed me that I didnt have to wait there and sent me to the cashiers...... Very poor organization of the store employees, nobody seem to care about anything, too many people who either dont know their product line or dont care. My experience is that if lines are too long then the manager calls in more folks or steps in him/herself , other employees should be more proactive in helping customers.

We purchased Anderson Doors from Home Depot in April 2016. The wrong doors came in May or June, but were not taken care of until we called to check on installation. Door finally installed in late July with issues immediately noted by installer. As of today, doors still not properly installed and no facings up. My husband has initiated calls with Home Depot many many times to be told they would send emails or make calls. They did not consistently return calls or keep us informed of what was happening. With all the issues we have had with these doors, it seems that someone from Home depot would have stepped in and taken over coordination of repairs. Instead Anderson rep has come out several times and seems to have a plan, but installers repeatedly comes out to look at the doors but not fix them, or finish installation. It has now been over 8 months since the purchase and I still dont have completed installation.!!!
