We have been shopping at the Sulton location for at least 15 years. But no longer.Since my husband tried to exchange an $8.00 cell phone connection that was faulty,and was refused because he did not have the receipt. The Ace card should show all purchases.Customers must become as important as an $8.00 item. I no longer see the old employees there and no one seems to know you even if you shop there every week.We feel that this is no longer a small town business and we will from now on go to Monroe.

One of the clerks-Chris?- was so incredibly rude to another customer, that I may never come back, just based on what I saw. I saw him shaking his finger in her face, yelling so loud he was almost spitting. I asked another clerk what the customer could have done to get the first clerk so mad. He didnt try to reason with the customer, he obviously had it in for her. It was about the rudest bit of customer service I have seen in Sultan.

I love Ace hardware stores. It one of my favorite stores and the custermer service was also 5 stars. The pic are from next door at the vets (doggy docter). Had to get pill pockets for my dogs medicine at Ace because get was out of them. You go Ace hardware store, keep up the good work. Happy custermer. :)

Just had some "above and beyond" paint help from Stacey, who took care and time to match a primer color with creative formula matching from a sample of a different source I brought to her. Just super service!

Horrible customer service! I will no longer shop at this store. I found a much better selection, and customer service at Barmon hardware. Prices were cheaper too!
