I had signed up, switched from Verizon at this store because of the supposed half off your Verizon bill promotion...so my bill DOUBLED with Sprint. I finalky had enough run around and switched back in June. Sprint, without telling me, did NOT cancel the tablet. Customer service was useless, so I returned here to the Gig Harbor store today. This gal was just as useless...first, she claims I must pay off the tablet to cancel service. I said "they should have told me that last month when I called to get acct number and told them to cancel service. They did not.". So, I asked " If I pay the 150 you claim I must pay to cancel, then you will be able to cancel and correct to June cancel date?". Now, I am told I can pay, but will have to call customer service to cancel, and they wont fix the billing. These people are Crooked. Plain and simple....they were deceitful to obtain my patronage, and theyre deceitful and essentiallt using financial blackmale now. My contract says nothing of this little policy, nor did they tell me they werent cancelling on the phone. I have been waiting for my final bill so my new carrier can pay termination charges, which I had also originally been told I wouldnt be charged if I switched due to paying x amount up front. I hope this can warn people not to use Sprint..its a financial black hole, and the company has no integrity what-so-ever...

Worst service ever. I just transferred over from AT&T to Sprint in a location on the other side of Washington. I authorized on the account which I have in writing my ex-wife to make any changes to the account she can so she can go in and get the boys a cellphones for them. So please explain to me for what reason that I add her on the account and come to find out she cant do anything? So the guy who I spoke to told me I had to drive all the way out there to show my ID so she can get the phones for the children even though shes listed on the account and she had all the information she needed. He told me he was a tenured employee and has been there for two years and knows what hes talking about. So we called the corporate store and were told something completely different that if shes listed on the account as an authorized user to do things with she can do whatever she wants with the account. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever had from a company in a long time and I guarantee you I will be telling everybody not to go to the sprint store in Gig Harbor ever again and to take the drive to get great customer service in Tacoma.

Worst sprint store ever! The past two times Ive upgraded I was told one price and then its $60 bucks more than I was told. The manager is rude and condescending and interrupted me while I was explaining my situation. The employee who sold me my upgrade didnt know what he was talking about and the manager told me she would not honor his price. She had me call customer service to figure it out instead. The guy who sold me the upgrades is gone now as is always the case. With the high turnover rate theres no way of ever coming back and talking to the same person. Do yourself a favor and go to a REAL sprint store not an authorized retailer like this one. Never doing business with them again and neither should anyone else!

Do NOT go to this store. Upgraded with the BOGO offer. Was told everything was set up on both new phones. Got home to find out the upgraded phone has no service and the new line has a different number than the one I was told was on there. No big deal except the fact the number I requested was on all my new business cards. That was after over an hour of being at the store. And now its time to go back and get this all fixed.

It was great. I did go when I thought they would be slow, but the customer service rep Lynda was awesome! She was confident in her knowledge and was very patient with me and all of my questions. First time I did an upgrade in under an hour! Took her about 15 minutes!!

Horrible. Spent the better part of three hours just trying to do simple upgrade along with a BOGO offer. Had to go to Sprint store in Tacoma next day to finally get the order in correctly. Will never go back to this store. Very unprofessional.
