So I gotta give it to the staff here. They work super hard. In fact they have to, because they are often under staffed, and gotta roll with the punches. One guy answering phones, assisting customers find a game, ringing people up, and taking preorders is a great undertaking. While I appreciate hard work, its also a compromise to the customers. If there is more than 5 or 6 people in the shop your going to be waiting a long time to check out. I suggest management hire more people or provide more hours because that is just silly. Even mall locations have like 3 employees even when its slow. So I cant imagine why this place cant get some more staff. Despite that though the staff here are great. Ive had some great interactions with two of the guys there. What most impressed me was how quickly they took care of a problem of mine. My new Xbox One S decided it didnt want to turn on anymore and they replaced it without even blinking. Didnt have to wait for them to unpackage and test it, no questions asked. I enjoy this spot and will keep coming back.

sure my username may be Enititled Spite but this review isnt gonna be a spiteful one but a promotional one. i can call these guys about anything. if i have a question about "whatever" that is socially acceptable? these guys are the go to guys. i called these guys and talked to the manager just about cashier related things and i was given a very good response. i have to say that is the core of what a manager should be. "courteous & helpful" and great at making friendly conversation that makes me feel apart of something. rather than a cold platonic relationship that other companies fabricate so they just take my money and i feel worse after the deal. if i had a choice to give money to. i would give these guys my money cause i would get a video game and a "friendly chat" to come with the game. and a friendly chat these days are priceless. (5 out of 5)

Great GameStop location. Out of all of the ones Ive ever been to, this is my favorite location. The store manager- Jeremy- is a great guy, and does a fantastic job of letting you know whats coming out for your system, or what games you may like. However, without being pushy or forceful. From all my visits there I can tell you that each of the staff genuinely know what theyre talking about when it comes to games, and they are quite knowledgeable. Although GameStop in general may not give you quite as much as youd like for your game trade-ins and such, thats something of concern for the *company*, and doesnt impact the great customers centric service that Ive received there.

Im not much of a GameStop fan but these guys are great. Today I picked up my copy of halo but their system was down so I wasnt able to get my pre order code and so they told me to come back. I did a few things and on my way back home I called and they said they had a code ready for me. When I pulled up the manage came out to me and gave me my code. Now thats what I call customer satisfaction

Ive visited this GameStop numerous times, staff is usually pretty helpful but sadly if we go in there looking for a specific game chances are we dont find it... sadly they dont carry any PSP games anymore also... Buuuuuut hey they have some great sales too!
