Needed to exchange a used game, as a gift it was for the wrong system. I dont usually buy things used and I wanted to make sure it had no marks. The guy was very nice and helpful and checked all the discs, on his own, to make sure I got the best one. It was really nice.

Always more than willing to bend over backwards to accommodate the shopper. Small talk isnt forced or fake, its genuine, and everyone there plays what they sell, so their product knowledge is on point. I always go out of my way to go to THIS Gamestop.

I had a bad experience but I contacted customer service and they made things better. This is right next to another Gamestop but this one is easier to get to because its not directly inside Town Center shops. Turn into the lot from 100th St

Came in asking about an xbox 360. I hav no idea about any system an the gentleman behind the count made ne ubderstand everthing.... In a very funny way i mite add. Now if i need anything for my sons system this is where i go to find it.
