I went in last week to look for a couch, and the lady I spoke with was awesome. (Jamie) She told me to come back later on in the week to finilize the whole deal. However, I came in on a day when she wasnt working. When I asked about the same furniture- I asked if they were able to come down a couple hundred & I could pay on the spot. The manager there wasnt willing to look up from her computer, let alone come and talk to me in person. Granted, I wasnt all dressed up & so she didnt recognize me from the previous night. She went on to tell another sales agent to show me some crappy furniture in the back that they could let go for $800. I then said..No, sorry - I didnt ask for that furniture. I asked for the one on the floor. I then asked about another couch set (w/o the tables because those were horrific scratched dented, and more...), and he goes to talk to her in her office for a second, and comes back with excitement in his eyes "Oh, we can get you those with out the tables & lamps for $800!" Which wouldve been cool, if Jamie hadnt already quoted me $585 for them the previous week. Needless to say, they lost a customer because of their croocked practices. I know business is business...but a lie is also a lie. Im really disappointed in this because I really wanted those beautiful couches, and have bought tons of furniture from RAC. I hope that your practices get better, and that you can recognize the failure in your management and sales team, and hopefully fix it. Stop promoting newbies to management!! It sucks being a customer with people who dont know how to provide customer service!!! Plus, I HATE HATE HATE it when people try to get over on me. -_- Not, cool.

First, they wheeled us in by saying we had to pay for 4 weeks, but if we only used 3, they would refund the last week. That turned out to be a complete lie! We called them well before our third week was over to schedule the pick-up and they said they would be at our house before 4pm that day. They did not show up. On Monday, we called and they said the same thing, only it was 5pm. We called at 5pm and they claimed we were not even in the computer for a pick-up. They said they would be at our house an hour and a half later. That did not happen. We are still waiting for them- it is Tuesday. And just for your information- your rental period starts the day you sign the agreement, not on the day they deliver. So keep that in mind- they may deliver the following week! That is what happened to us. And it has nothing to do with our credit (it is perfect)... we even paid the extra refundable $200 up front to keep them from calling references. Now they are trying to swindle us out of that money, too!

Well first off most these reviews are dumb. Yeah you dont like that they take money off your card, dont set up auto pay. You dont like them coming to repo your stuff? Make your payments. I had a good experience. If Im a little behind or know imma be late, they work with me. As long as you talk to them and keep them updated, there are no problems. Its simple.
