First of all, its RadioShack, so you know what youre getting: a convenient, reasonably priced place to buy mid-level electronic stuff. As for this store, I thought the staff was great. I brought a purchase back without a receipt, and one of the clerks went out of his way to see if he could find a record of a purchase a couple of months prior so he could give me a cash refund. Really friendly, and as knowledgeable as one could ever expect. For the more expensive items, I would do some research, then buy it on Amazon. But for smaller items you need immediately, I really dont think Radio Shack can be beat.

I wish I could do zero stars. First of all, the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my life. The salesman didnt seem confident in selling me anything. The installation was the worst part. They took three days to instal a deck, 2 speakers and wiring... Then 6 months later I have blown up cords and my brand new focal speaker wouldnt work at all. Went into Beaverton car toys and they reinstalled everything in under 5 hours. I would never recommend anyone else I go to car toys on pacific highway

1) I want able to find what I was looking for. RadioShack has been decreasing their supply of small electronic components over the years. This is now a RadioShack/Sprint. RadioShack is now targeting the everyday consumer, rather than the geek who wants to make electronics. This is really frustrating. 2) The employees where not very helpful at all.

Horrible customer service from the manager and staff. Would not do a price match to BestBuy right after telling me that they would for no explicable reason.
