Today I visited Cellular Plus in Woodland, WA for the third time and although I purchased my Verizon service else where (my contract doesnt expire till Dec 2014) the store manager, Brandon Milliken, was kind enough to help my daughter and I with a phone issue. He was very courteous and knew what to do immediately and at no charge. He didnt attempt to just sell us something as a solution but instead listened to our problem and immediately contacted Verizon for us. After solving our problem he did point out to us some alternative ways that we could end our contract and purchase a new Galaxy 5. I wasnt ready to make that move just yet so Brandon thank us for coming in and asked us to please consider him when it was time for a new phone. As I said I have spoken with Brandon on three occasions and though the store was very busy at times he always took care of me as quickly and professionally as possible. My next phone purchase will be from Brandon!

95% of the time there is no wait line. They have new employees so the customer service is a lot better than it used to be. Its better to go to their store with no wait line then to call customer service and wait for a guy in Mexico to personally speak to you.

this place is very bad!! Just tried switch, kelsey didnt follow through with anything!!!bad service!!!!!! Kelsey shouldnt be a manger! She was laughing at there screw up and dont care! Now I have to try and get ahold of her boss!!
