I would not even dignify the customer service as poor here - it was MUCH worse, TERRIBLE is not a strong enough word. I walked in there March 30th in the afternoon to return ship my climbing shoes via UPS. I walked up to their shipping center and encountered two employees - one a heavy red haired girl and the other a tall brown haired guy with glasses standing around talking with some girl on the other side of their counter. I stood an placed my box on the counter expecting to be attended to or at least acknowledged to hold on for a minute but neither happened, they both looked at me and returned to their conversation. It was not until a skinny tall brunette girl walked upto them and asked one of them to take care of me that the guy claimed he was training the girl (YEAH RIGHT) and again continued back to their conversation. Only after I repeatedly waved and said "hellooooo" to them did the guy begrudgingly tear himself away from his conversation to reluctantly prepare my box for shipping. It literally took 30 MINUTES to return ship a prepaid package, what a joke! I walked around the floor looking for a manager to figure out why these lazy employees were allowed to slack off and poorly treat their customers, and none were in sight. I utilize office services on a weekly basis and am so thankful for an actual UPS store, I was just unlucky they were not open on a Saturday.

Purchased an electric pencil sharpener for a Christmas gift. When it was opened, we went to put batteries in it and noticed the little spring at the bottom that touches one of the batteries was missing. No problem. Went it to return it, did not have a reciept, but, only wanted an exchange. The clerk said I can only credit you 5.00. No thank you. I just want a sharpener that works, and it costs more than 5.00 for the same one. He said he was sorry, but that is their policy. I was sure he just wasnt trained, or new.....so I had him call the manager...the manager said that was how it works. I asked "why" and was told that it was because it was damaged. What? "I" did not damage it...it was broken when we opened it. The manager went over and told the clerk to just change the price of the item you scanned so it comes out even, and walked away. I did get a working pencil sharpener. For that I am satisfied. But, will get my supplies at another company and/or order on line before I go in there again. I may wait in line longer at Target....but...they are much better trained and supervised, and customer service.

I have been calling around to see if any office supply stores Office Depot, Staples etc. in the Tacoma area carries an Epson R2000 or better and at this store the salesperson actually took the time to look to see if it was in stock. At one store the salesperson said "Epson is not really known for being a great photo printer and you may want to consider a HP photo printer instead". I have done my homework and know what I want and at today’s gas prices most people do not have the time or money to "just come by and check out our great line of photo printers" an answer I got too often. Thanks for the extra effort and great service.

I walked into Gig Harbor store needing business cards, stamps, and many other supplies for my business. The two females at Service Counter were so rude and annoyed that I actually needed help, I was speechless and walked out. There were no customers in the store, it was so empty, not as though they were really busy and couldnt help me, they just didnt want to be bothered. The pay must be really low!!! I will be taking my money to Staples from now on.

While in a rush to the airport, my father in law needed to mail something. We stopped here for a quick pit stop. The computers froze mid process and we had to stand around and wait 10 minutes before the system rebooted to find out if it took our payments. Naturally thus would cause frustration but the employee who referred to herself as a millenial helped make light of the situation, referring to 3.5 floppy disks as frissbees. Thank you for the laughter.

Went in to ship a few items and was told the cheapest option was $13... Despite the fact it fits in a priority mail box. So went to the post office and yep, it fit and it shipped for $6.95. Every time I go in there it seems they avoid helping people at the registers. There is always some one secretly talking into their little headset, describing you as you go by. Well talk to my hand cause Im not coming back.

The business printing personnel arent trained properly. We needed a full size replica of our project, saved to a flash drive. It wasnt until after it was printed that we found out that they shave off the edges.. They dont bleed them. We refused to pay after they gave us an inferior product. Also, super expensive for printing.

Sadly to say two times I got to spent an hour for my copies. Person who is in charge was not focused, distracted, did not know how to work on simple programs on the computer. Even deleted my files and blamed that it was not on my USB drive... Not friendly. You need to hire a person who knows what they are doing!

Once I was here and their credit card system went down after I swiped my card at every register which made me uncomfortable and i had to check my account to make sure I wasnt overcharged. More recently, I bought an xl ink cartridge and pack of copy paper and it was 50 dollars. I started buying ink on Amazon.

Kept waiting after asking 4 help. Got another person since the first person never came back. She happened to be my cashier as well and despite that she knew the situation she never offered an apology or even an explanation. My experience today was a far cry from even decent customer service.

Its Office Depot. They all about the same when comes to price and items. Printing area can get backed up. But everyone seem nice. Havent had much of a problem with my orders.
