A friend of mine gave me an iPhone 5. Unfortunately I realized fast the battery was fried (wouldnt hold a charge for much more than an hour even on standby). I was looking for a place to replace the battery and pretty much all I was finding was shops not answering their phone, saying they cant do that (Office Depot even though their website says they do) or just charging too much for a simple repair for a professional. My girlfriend mentioned that there was a place right by her work so I called them. When I called I was told it would cost $40 and take about 20 minutes. I was told I could just come in whenever and they would take care of it and thats exactly what they did. I could not be happier with the work they did and how fast they did it.

If youre like me and have just discovered that your iPhone 7 isnt nearly as water resistant as Apple claims it is, then let me help you - go see Adrian and Kevin! These guys were not only able to remove the water from my iPhone, but also saved all my data too, all in a matter of a couple hours. They answered any further questions I had, explained how the water got in the phone, and offered additional advice, all for a very very good price. Definitely give these guys a visit before heading to Apple, if youve got a water-damaged iPhone. Youre going to be glad you did! Thanks again, guys.

Ive been here twice and cant recommend them highly enough. First time was for my wifes phone. They thought the issue was the power button so they replaced it. Unfortunately that wasnt the issue so we brought it back. They researched it further and found a common issue with that model of phone, contacted the manufacturer and made them agree to replace the phone even though it was out of warranty. To top it off they refunded us for the power button. Everyone I have talked with at the store is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Bridgetown Electronics was amazing. My nearly 9 year old MacBook Pro was beyond repair but they ordered a part and tested it just to confirm that was so without charging me a dime. They were generous with their time, provided sound advice regarding recycling my old machine and practical recommendations for a replacement. Somehow, I walked away with money in my pocket as they purchased the dead laptop and another gifted tablet I wasnt interested in investing in for parts. I highly recommend their services.

Theres a new gem in Portland, Oregon for computer service: Bridgetown Electronics and Repair! This shop is fantastic! We had two still working but older computers that needed some fresh hardware and optimization. They were able to make both machines run lighting fast and added several more years of life to computers we thought were due for replacement. Bridgetown was professional, reasonably priced, and fixed our computers on time and on budget. We will be taking all future computer issues to Bridgetown.

I had a Moto G that I unfortunately dropped and broke. Bridgetown Repair was able to get me up and running with a Moto X, which is a better phone, within a day with little hassle. They not only set up the service, but helped me get all my data over to the new phone and learn the ins and outs of the new Android Version. All in all it was one of the least painful phone swaps I have had. I would highly recommend the team at Bridgetown Repair and will turn to them with any further phone issues I have!

I was relieved to find Bridgetown Repair when my desktop PC needed service. I discovered that the shop Id used several times over the years had closed, and found Bridgetown located just a few blocks from my home. Adrian and Kevin took in my PC, and discovered the problem within a few hours. I felt the charge for the service was reasonable; and even had to return to the shop for further advice, at no extra charge. This was a good experience for me.

Highly recommend! Adrianne was professional, honest, and helpful in all respects. My husband recently had my iPhone screen repaired by them and yesterday, as I was picking up dog poop in my backyard, the phone fell out of my pocket and onto the grass where it decided to crack once again. Went in for a disconnected display cable; fixed really quickly and free of charge. The fix failed later that day and I came back in the next business day, and they knocked two thirds off the price tag because I had to come in twice! Super nice and knowledgeable, really helpful, 5/5. highly recommended - easily the best phone repair store ive ever been to.
