I went to the local radio shack to get a pre-paid chip activated, to have an emergency family phone, and the sales lady there was all dressed up trying to look like Anna Nicole smith and was more worried about trying to impress a sales guy from atat then she wasnt helpful to many of the customers that were there. I waited for 20 min! with my 2year old in tow, and she was still having a overly friendly conversation with this guy while she was supposed to be getting my pre-paid sim card activated, then finally after spending a half hour in the store waiting and listening to her absurd conversation with the sales guy about how she wants to have a big house and kids some day... i finally left the store, felling like i wasted my time with this lady because she is clearly clueless of how to treat customers and get them what they are there for. WARNING stay away from unprofessional sales lady at Oregon city radio shack. I thought i would never be writing a review until i experienced the worst customer service i ever had to deal with!

This radio shack is now a sprint store and radio shack. The kids there arent too knowledgeable on electronic components. But then again who is anymore?
