prepare to be ROBBED!! you will never find worse trained, more dishonest pitchmen to rob your money. period. these guys are professional diiirrrttyyy used bottom salesmen - they do their conniving manipulative orchestrated pitch for a living ! one is 5"3" mexican / white overweight individual wears glasses - laughs at every nasty insult their coworker throws at you - you cant miss these ignorant losers that lose business for Bestbuy left and right. so bestbuy hires ppl that speak no English. another FYI ! it is BestBuy culture to swindle and deceive ppl by any scam they can, once they get your $$$, you are STUCK with their defective or face "fees" which amount of the price of the product - either way say bye to your money!! never have anyone told me of experiences otherwise, even strangers swore that theyd never do business with these professional dirty salesmen. if you think you chose a physical store instead of some online virtual store. in the end you are screwed far worse by BESTBUY because they treat customers like a joke sending them to different store locations when online stores compete harder for your biz since they cannot sell in person. if you want to sue them later for damages defective products and refusal to refund your $$$, dont say you werent informed of peoples already posted Bestbuy horror stories. they pay their employees friends and family to post FALSE positive reviews - DAMAGE CONTROL? best buy = LOSERS !!

Brick and Mortar. .. Its got to get better than this. Really. Has it come to this?... Are we supposed to be content? Is Big Box brick & mortar feeling threatened by the likes of Amazon? Well, they helped create the current state of affairs by muscling in on the original brick & mortars, then squeezing the life-blood out of them (think Home Depot and the demise of True Value, ACE Hardware). If theres anything to be learned here, going forward lets celebrate the success of Amazon. They got it, and continue getting it, right. So much so that the firsts to the e-commerce market that they followed are even in a state of panic scrambling, desperate to catch up. And we the people wait in awe of the next announcement of the next proposed Amazon brick & mortar store planned for opening. Because without a doubt theyll get it right. And we wont have to resort to the likes of Best Buy, who to this day dont have a clue when it comes the importance customer service and the traditional brick & mortars they worked so hard to eliminate

I had been shopiing for over an hour with several high ticket items in my bag, got the occasional "can help you" mainly when looking at dvds and such..but by the I was browsing. Stubbled upon the pecusssion set my husband wants and of course could not find any one near me to assist. Wen to the cashier, she called someone who supposedlly would meet be by the items to load it up for met but after 2 times, 10 minutes each time, of waiting for an ultinate "no show" I dropped my full bag of other items on the desk in front of with the not-busy-hanging-with-the-other-5-cashiers-that-werent-doing-anything-either with a curt "congrats! you may have just lost the highest check out sale for the day", She offerred to call again for service.....yea right! Im going to wait loonger for the invisible man to come and help me? NOT. SUCKS

I spent $140 on a pair of earbuds. For this price I expect not only the quality to be perfect, but the customer service as well. Forget the fact that the store employees had abolustely no emotion when I was buying them, at least I got all my questions taken care of. 4 days later I learned they were defecive and a piece snapped off. Apperantly according to the fantastic assisstant store manager, Man, a dog bit them and they dont cover against damage, just defect. Unless this dog has the mouth of a hedgehog, I highly doubt it. There was no holes nor teeth marks present and only the size of my thumb nail was damaged. To add insult to injury one of the store employees decided to get someone thats not a store employee to back up their diagnosis. Avoid this store at all costs.

I used to go to this store very often until I was cheated by it today. I bought a AT&T refill card right before Christmas. When I bought it, I knew I would have a high chance of returning it due to some uncertainties. So, I asked the cashier about the return policy. He told me that it is refundable by Jan 15th. But when I walked in there today and asked a refund, I was rejected by the customer service. Someone (like the manager) told me that it is not refundable this time, although everything in the card is intact. He even suggested me to go through a very complicated process to talk to AT&T for a refund. OK. bestbuy. You lied to me (although unintentionly), but you want me to take the loss. You won. You took the money , and I will never come back again.

takes forever to get someone to help. I try to go in knowing exactly what I want so I have minimal interaction with these employees. takes 5 people to call over a radio to get someone to unlock a cage. also went to exchange my broken product, but when I got to the counter, the lady at the register just asked for my receipt and processed a return instead of asking me what I wanted to do. I then had to wait longer for her to call a manager to override and cancel the return so I could simply exchange for a working product. only 4 stars because I love my toys, and almost always get them from best buy so I can buy a protection plan with them

i was treated so badly i cant begin to tell you how much, the asian salesman that i talked to wouldt let me try and explain how i was going about trying to set up my new printer, i would get one word out of my mouth and he was practically yelling at my face saying thats not how -read the manual and then he tell me about following directions on screen instructions and there again he said that i was going to ruin my computer buy clicking on the wrong icon, i am going to the store again today and will get his name i left the store feeling really degraded

I bought a dryer that proved to be defective. it was to be replaced. I called the store at 10 AM the employee said the appliance department would call me back within one hour. at noon I called he store and was put on hold for over 10 minutes I called again and told the person who answered the problem and was put on hold for another 10 plus minutes. the third time someone picked up the phone and hung up terminating the call. No wonder that Amazon is eating Best Buys lunch!

Always take for ever to help you with something. They go to the back for like 20 minutes and forget to come out with the product. They asked me to take my dog outside in the most rude and demanding way which pissed me off not even making it past the entrance. They made me wait several times, but today is the last time. Im tired of waiting, and treated like a joke. Too bad i cant give them a lower star. Dont bother with this crack house.
