I recently visited store #02325 and was completely dissatisfied with the customer service I had received, I tried to take an online survey expressing my concerns, but am unable to because I do not have an invitation to take one, which only upsets me more, my bad experiences include, Employees using cell phones while managing the fitting room, and when I approached I received to me what felt like aditude, and and slow response time in acknowledgement of my presence, then when I went to pay for my items there were only two registers open, both with lines that were not moving in any hurry, about 5 minuets of standing in line at express the cashier rudely told me that after me she was closed, and that I cant let anybody behind me, and she set the the "lane closed" plaque down on another register then told me that I have to bring that with me, I stood there in disbelief for what felt like a good 5 more minutes and told other customers that were walking up behind me that she was closed, which made me feel uncomfortable, this visit puts a bad taste in my mouth about shopping at walmart, let alone referring any new customers, I am am easy going guy that works in retail, and I could never treat any customer the way I have been treated tonight. The cashiers name was Amber, I recommend going to a different register if she is there

I was picking up money at the customer service desk. My friend had sent it to me. It was last check as I just moved here. B she spelled my name wrong. The rep said the only way I could get it was too have my friend go to Walmart in Ohio and change it. She told me 3 times there was nothing I could do. I had the receipt on my phone and called the the number where they said to just have my friend call them they would f fix it. The girl at the desk repeatedly said to everyone she was closing several times. It was 750 all in all I was out of their with my money at 758. She was by far the rudest employee I have ever encountered at a Walmart. She did explain it wasnt her. That wall Mart made her close at 8 and she had to take a break yet and clean her area before nine. I know that is not their policy as my daughter worked at wall Mart for 4 years while in college. Everyone else Ive met there is very nice. I suggest avoiding the young chubby blonde in customer service.

What can I say? Its Walmart. Normally, this particular WM is a higher quality than the others Ive visited around the country, but lately the quality has been slipping. On a recent trip, only one of the front main doors was open, there was no tag on the large garden item I was shopping for, and the people at the registers didnt even know what I was talking about when I asked them about the product. They called a manager over and she didnt know either. Then, to make matters worse, theyd blocked off access to the only open door after you went through the checkout stand, so you had to go back through the check stands the opposite way, around the entire front area, and through the door at the other end. It was a complete mess, and customers were confused and angry. The trip really lowered my opinion of this store, so I hope they get their act together and go back to the higher quality Ive come to expect from this particular store.

Gotta admit, in our tiny town this is about IT if you want to buy certain things, or pay 20% more and up at Fred Meyer. I just dare you to get help finding something in any department, no, theres always someone in jewelry. Someone in electronics. Thats it. Employees dont run when they see you but there simply arent any. Lines at cashiers were notoriously impossible, but that has improved a little. I never understood why, with a store full of stuff, there is nobody to sell it to you. Nevertheless I shop there almost exclusively. I asked someone in the pharmacy where an item was, treatment for rosacea, and she told me crisply she does not work for Walmart. Selection very limited and now inventory is coming up, so theyre out of EVERYTHING. Empty shelves. Very poorly imagined and run. Still a cheap variety store and I go there all the time. You can pay $4.50 for Exacto blades anywhere, or $3 at Walmart, your choice.

They could really stand to have a few more cashiers on hand, especially in the wee hours of the morning, the new self checkout has helped a little. The auto staff are amazing, I was really impressed with their service. They were prompt, through, and friendly. After I went to pick up my car in the side lot and they had finished my oil change, I was working on installing some wipers I had bought while I was waiting. One of the mechanics who looked like he was coming back from break saw me pulling out the wipers and insisted on installing them for me, he even took the trash afterwards, I was very impressed.

This store is horrible from managers not knowing how to process a credit card payment, poor customer service to selling software failed electronics and not providing any kind of assistance to the customer... Results back to poor customer service... It was 8 in the morning and the line for customer service was full because a manager didnt know how to process the payment. Ended up locking the register and the only manager able to help was on the floor! Assisting another rep for the same exact issue!!!!! Never come to Walmart in a hurry... I wasnt but this is just extremely aggravating

I always go at night when there isnt a ton of people there and even though all of the employees are busy stocking and what not they always stop doing what there doing to listen if you have a question and then leave what there doing to show you where to go for what your looking for or whatever. They never seem irritated that you interrupted them EVER. Theu have even gone out of there way to unlock the electronics section which is closed after a certain time at night to let me look at something and or get something from there to purchase. Great customer service for sure

I would like to personally thank an employee who left me a really happy customer tonight around 5:30. I had to find some clothes that I am not all comfortable wearing. She had a lot of patients while she helped me choose what I should pick for a really important job shadow tomorrow morning. She complimented what she liked best with the other person with me. Thank you Almira (I hope I spelt that right) in the changing room section! This was the best visit I had in a while, and definitely one of the best employees at the port orchard walmart. ❤❤❤

I called and asked for the pet supply department and was left on hold for a very long time and then eventually forgotten. I can understand if the place is busy or if maybe there is no one back there at the very moment but please check in with me and tell me to call back or something. I called back and they disconnected me. I called back a third time and was transfered to automotive. I had to rely on the gentleman from the automotive department to answer my questions about pet supplies. I decided not to waste my time and risk a drive out there.
