God forbid u buy a product there that dont work properly, and lose Ur receipt, and wait months for another one to never come. Greg the manager gives good lip service on phone and says come in on Thursday when it will be in, then u call, as a courtesy to say u will be in the following day instead....which is a good thing cause he never unpacked shipment anyway. Then call next day saying Ur on Ur way.....then after two months of phone is it in.... blah blah u get there he says to u with a blank stare " uhhh, now what are we doing here again?" You tell him, Then he proceeds to tell u that it didnt even come in, HELLO and is rude.... I mean rude, like we are soooo wasting his time..... he got the commission, now is bothered. Later call him asking for HQ number and tell him Ur calling, he says rudely "Whatever" AND hangs up o. U. So I call headquarters in Hawaii (so the number they give me says) and HQ says they have no history in computer blah blah blah... when Mr. Greg had found it in his computer several times prior, and even made a copy for himself. So NOW, HQ wants US, the consumer to go in and look on shelf for sku # and call her back. Because she dont think the employee is at fault that we lost receipt... oh and Im guessing cause her manager is not a liar AND isnt rude. She cant call him to look at shelf.... no.... and then since we dont want to go into that store again and deal with Greg, she says obviously" we dont want help" to call back when we do. She was worse than him. I, as has my family, friends, neighbors AND mailman, have shopped there for over 25 years for A LOT of electronics, gadgets, adapters, scanners, phones, cables etc. But will never ever shop there again. Not when both, store manager and HQ VIP treated us SOOOOO badly. Im not one to get so upset and emotional, but this Time, it really got me. So now, my moms xmas present is a pricey paper weight in the form of Sony TV cordless headphones, price $99.00, thank goodness they were on sale huh? The HQ lady got me so frustrated, I hung up before I raised my voice....an unhappy customer.... do u think she has called me, or anyone for that matter? Ill give u one guess..... BINGO

The salesman made me feel bad. I always shop at Radio Shack for my cell phones because of the variety of phones and plans, and Ive always gotten above-and-beyond service. I have Boost Mobile service (which I am very happy with), and went in excited to upgrade my smartphone to a larger one. The salesmans only response was very condescending, with a "you ever going to think about a real phone?", followed by zero help looking at the Boost phones. I still highly recommend Radio Shacks, just not this location.

All fine until you have to return something, They are happy to sell you junk but if you have to return it they go corporate , are very uncooperative and costume service is a goes out the window. They treat you like criminal trying to return stolen merchandise. Dont buy from if you dont have to.

The Manger, Kristi, was so helpful when I was having a problem with my cell phone, she knew all the answers and got me up and running again. I bought a few item. She even took her time to explain to me how to properly work them....I will definatly be going back..

The one time you need a random item thats only found online or at Radio Shack, its convenient to still be able to get something same day.

It looked like the prices went up a lot, while the DIY selection went down. The stuff they offered I could get online for 1/10 the cost.

Keep on keeping on Radio Shack. Your niche market can keep you afloat. I believe it
