I have had very few good experiences at this location. The employees have been almost universally rude and argumentative and have attempted to rip me off on numerous occasions. Most recently I paid for an item to be shipped to my house with one day shipping and was assured by an employee that the item would be at my house the next day. Not only did the product not arrive when I checked online it had not even shipped. In a previous encounter I went to the store and pre-ordered an item and asked that they hold it for a month and the employee (different from my recent purchase) told me they would hold the item. When I went in to pick up the item they told me they had sold out of the item and that pre-orders were only good for two weeks. I had to speak to a third employee about the matter and finally the manager before they ordered the product from a different gamestop location and charged me extra money for having to order it. In addition to these in person encounters they do not update their stock regularly on the gamestop website. I have had many situations where the website said they have a product at this location and when I went into the store they item was not in their database and they refused to look in the back room. Do NOT go to this store. The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional and the managers are very rarely working to resolve issues with the normal employees. This is not to mention the employees provide incorrect information, such as my shipping issue, if they believe it will conclude in a sale. The unfortunate part is that the gamestop company is structured so that it is nearly impossible to file a complaint and have it go to the correct person so these unprofessional, disrespectful employees continue to work at the store and a person must physically go into the store and request to speak to the manager multiple times before any complaint can be heard. This is a BAD location and I would not recommend it to anyone. If you need to visit a gamestop there are several in close by cities and it is well worth the drive to receive better service than it is to go to this location.

Truly horrible customer service. Purchased a system here and returned to sell back for a new system. Was basically told I needed to bring it back in better condition than it was sold to me. Awful store, horribly managed, go to Port Orchard or University Place instead. Is there an option for zero stars?

tried to turn in my Xbox one for PlayStation i had a Xbox one a limited edition controller, and tom Clancy ghost recon wild lands the cables and they said there were only going to give me $116 for it and said the Xbox was not reading good and i showed them it and it worked perfectly fine.

used to have good employees now they are straight up liars most screw u over in terms of prices not in the normal gamestop way they take it further and worst of all they can barely answer a question!! overall go somewhere else if u have the means
