If I could give 0 stars I would. The absolute worse service I have ever received!! First washer they delivered was shredding my clothes so they replaced with with another one only for that one to not work AT ALL!! Then when the manager said they will bring out a brand new set as soon as possible decided that they would not be out until 5pm even though I informed him that the drum was full of water and would not drain. I said that waiting til then is unacceptable they said oh ok we will be there at 4:30.... All of this and I have only been a customer for a month. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a customer for the last 2 years and it has been awesome. They are friendly and I will continue to do business with them. I have purchased ps3, bedroom set, couch, tv and never had a problem. Until now apparently. Since Dana has left the company I have had nothing but problems. My bed has broke twice and the first time they were great about coming out and replacing it. Now it seems like every time I call I am talking to a new person and no one seems to know what is going on. Here I sit a month later and still no bed frame. Hopefully they get it together soon.

Great support and service, I bought a dryer years ago from them and than they fixed it resently. All free of any charges, and rented me one while it was being fixed, saved me tons of cash. If I did not go to Rent a Center when I did I would have had a bill in the hundreds instead of tens.

Best service ever for me. The staff Brian and James as well as the rest of them do an amazing job of keeping me happy as a customer. They are almost like family and it seems like they have my back. Love this group and this store. You guys are absolutely amazing.
