I purchased a 55" LED tv from this store and was told it would be 5-7 day wait. Which was ok, for the money I was going to save I could wait. I get a call and was told "Your items are ready to be picked up" So I take the day off work to go pick up my tv and when I arrive, I am told its not all here and I will have to come back tomorrow. After some heated conversation, POOF! my entire order is there. I then have an issue after 7 days of use and call them. "I have some here and I will put your name on one , come and get it they said" When I arrive all they have is an open box tv for me. Not wanting to pay $3000 for somebody elses return, I didnt take it and was told BY THE SALES MANAGER one will be here tomorrow between 12-1, and would call. They never did. I take another day off work and finally at 6pm it shows up to the store. So after missing two days of work, four trips to the store, and multiple phone calls, my savings were enough to buy a happy meal. The sales staff and management are rude, pushy, and only want to help you until you buy, then you are forgotten about. If you go there and stand at the front counter, they look at you and walk by to someone standing by the tv displays, hoping to make a sale. I have had better customer service from online dealers from out of state then this local dealer. I WILL ONLY USE THIS STORE TO GET A PRICE MATCH AT A DIFFERENT STORE.

Bad Customer Service. I purchaced a 3D tv for a good price but had to wait more than 4 months to use that option because they did not have the glasses in. At the time of purchase I was told I would recieve them the next day, well that did not happen. Since then I have called 5 times and gone there 4. And at every time, they have been borderline rude to me. The final time I went there they told me that they did indeed have the glasses at the warehouse and that I would get a call to come pick them up within 2 days. I never received a call and so I called them. I talked to the same guy (Wes) that sold me the tv and he told me that they lost my sale invoice! I complained to him about my headaches with this and he was rude to me. His words were "we can yell at each other all day about this or we can do something else" I never even received an apology from him. Final word, they have great deals but their customer service is unbelievably poor. With the way the economy is I am amazed at how they can treat people like this. I know everyone has different experiences with these kinds of things but because of this I will go to a different Video Only (if I ever go again). Hopefully I will be treated better next time.

BEWARE!!!! Do not shop here!!! AVOID at all costs all Video Only stores! My parents bought a $2000 Samsung TV on Friday, installed it on Saturday to find that the inner screen was cracked, took it back Sunday. Video Only REFUSES to refund or exchange the TV stating that it was something my parents did. They have been loyal customers of Video Only since the 80s and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at that store, and they did nothing wrong, they didnt do anything that could cause damage to the TV. When my mother contacted corporate Video Only, they wouldnt help either, basically said tough luck. Turns out there are 19 complaints at the Better Business Bureau for Video Only, 15 that have gone unanswered!! DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED!!!

We could not be happier with our purchase from this store. The manager answered all of our questions and we needed to think about which TV and stand to buy so went home and thought about it over the weekend. There was absolutely NO sales pressure to buy anything. We went back on the following Monday and made the purchase of a 55" Samsung LED TV with 3D and the cabinet, plus bought a Blue-Ray player. By Wednesday, the delivery was made and the set up of the stand and TV was quick. We were given complete instructions on how everything worked. PLUS, they hauled away our old JVC 50" console boat anchor for free. Our experience was excellent.

I bought a Samsung 50" smart TV from them and every time I call or go in for anything warranty related I get swindled. They all of a sudden cant find me in there system and I was never a customer. I go home, locate my paperwork, drive back to the store and magically all issues are fixed and they locate me in the system... Today I was told the dont have a system and data is saved on a floppy disk and sent to corporate every night... What, a floppy disk??? Horrible customer service and any money you save bites you in the butt later when you have to deal with them.

i looked at the reviews about bad service and i have to say you are wrong so wrong i had an issue with my tv and they did everything to make it right for me. I got a samsung 52" witch was lower price then best buy. the tv turned out to be defective. they delivered a new one out the next day and even hooked all my gear up for free as for not hooking up the rear speakers if you read the contract for delivery it says they do not do that. so i knew up front i need to handle that my self. and the info about that is not in fine print but upfront? learn to read

Good prices and great service until the home installation. The home installers didnt hook up my rear speakers because they claimed I didnt have the wires. The only thing they had to do was cut the existing wire in two and use that. So, I basically paid them thousands of dollars plus the fee to install it and they didnt finish the job. I am very disappointed because they knew better and I didnt have the knowledge to realize that we had all of the needed equipment.

Blake was very friendly...We pulled into the parking lot 5 mins after they closed. Blake came out to our car and invited us in as we were pulling away after realizing they were closed. He was very friendly and super nice even though it was after closing. He took us directly to the tv we were interested in. He didnt try to up-sell us which was very refreshing knowing he didnt try! Easy and pleasant experience!!!

I was looking for a tv, first i went to Costco, then Best Buy, then to Frys electronics, even checked online at Amazon Prime, I was looking at two particular models, then I remembered about Video Only (I heard of them on the radio) so i decided to stop by. They have the best deals! I got a 55 inch LG for a very good price! Saved hundreds! Thank you Video Only!!!

We bought a tv on order and was told it would be there on a certain day. It was not. Then they said they didnt know when it would come in. Now we asked for our money back, and almost two weeks later, we still dont have it. I will never buy a tv from them again.
