Besides the guy sharing his life story everytime u walk in, thats not so bad.. its the fact that i came in with 4 xbox 1 games, madden, 2k15,2k16, and mortal kombat, they only offered flipping $5 for all 4 xbox 1 games, that is ludicrous, and insulting. That company has audacity to charge $60 a game but when u try to sell back they offer u less that $1.25 per game...corrupt ass industry

The sales associate tried the assumed close scam. I bought a brand new game, as he was ringing me up, stated "this comes with a 1 year protection plan" and continued with the sale. I realized that there was an extra fee being added, and his response was "I asked you if you wanted it." Certainly not true. Buyer beware!
