I had called Microsoft support and was given some inaccurate information about my device in regards to the warranty process and was initially upset when the team at the Microsoft Store told me otherwise. But Ryan and his team of employees were exceedingly profesional, courteous and understanding. They worked with me the best that they could to explain what they could and couldnt do for me. I felt valued as a customer and could tell they wanted to take care of me in every way they were able to. Thoroughly impressed with the team at the Pacific Place location and will definitely be back for all my Surface needs in the future

Really fantastic service at the Pacific Place location! I arrived with a defective product that I had purchased online, and they helped me with lots of smiles and absolutely zero red tape. I walked out happy with a brand new replacement product (which I love).

Very misleading information. This is not a store, more like a stand, with very limited number of products, nowhere near close to Microsoft stores at University Village, or Bellevue locations.

It may not have everything you would expect in a fully functioning store since this is a stall but nonetheless the people here are helpful and friendly.

This is a kiosk not a store. The staff is nice but were unaware the phone number connects to the U Village store and not this location.

This is a small kiosk inside the shopping center. It is not a full Microsoft store. Staff was friendly, but a little pushy.
