Mister Coffee

Hole in the wall, almost literally. Not a huge selection but it is a very compact store. So why a 4 star rating? Because the customer stove rocks. A bigger selection on site would kick them to a full 5. They have been great every time weve been there. Very helpful staff, and much shorter wait time than in any official Verizon store I have ever been in. They are even in a decent location. The only down side is the wait time is short because they are so small, and I suspect the single person working here at any time could get overwhelmed. Still, I do recommend them for the great customer service. Just dont expect a huge selection on the shelf.

Added on a protection plan that I did not agree to. Didnt realise until i received something in the mail about it. Also sold me a screen cover that doesnt fit the phone (s7) It would have been nice to know that it didnt fit before I bought it. This cracked within 3 days and I had to buy another screen protector.

Owner is great! He has wonderful experience, personable and works quickly. I am going to make sure I come here again! He owns the business and is not full of BS like the other stores I have been to. I highly recommend him and I have been to a lot of stores with breaking phone issues and he has been the best!
