Feb. 25th, 2015h - 11:59 pm For the most part its really not that bad..as long as you go in with no expectations! Stop your self from assuming you will be in and out quickly and you will be just fine. If your lucky you might be in a line were the cashier doesnt need to check a price or get money for the register. Should mention that there are many employees at this location who are always friendly and no matter how long their day was or stressful they will smile and ask you how you are doing. If you get a chance say hello to Mike. He works in the camping section! An incredibly sweet and respectful man. He should become a training model for what customer service is all about. Hopefully you run into him instead of a girl by the name of Felicia. Disrespectful is an under statement of her actions last night. She could stand to use a lot more training under what exactly respectful customer service is! Judging by her condescending attitude she must have skipped that training all together. Hopefully the boss comes across our encounter on the video feed! Not only was she was out of line on many levels with no regards to the situation at hand but the situation that arose from her extremely outrageous behavior was a dangerous one! Good thing no cars were zooming past because one of us (the other elderly customer and or me) would have been hit by it. Felicia, your actions tonight need a serious thoughtful revamp so the next time you feel like literally pushing people out the door and slamming it locked you might stop and rethink a better way to handle a situation that stresses you out! Take a moment and ask Mike how he does it! Thank you Mike for all you do for the company! You along with several other employees really know what respectful communication is all about! :) Cigarette smokers always at front entrances

This Walmart, although a bit small for a SuperCenter, has just about everything you may need, and some you dont. Since the City of Napa wouldnt allow Walmart to expand the store, or relocate it, the store is a bit cramped in the isles; blame the city, not Walmart; Walmart made due with the space allowed by law. Huge fresh produce section, fresh deli and bakery, grocery sections nearly as large as most grocery-only stores. No auto center, but with nearly a dozen local shops within 3 blocks, Walmart didnt waste space with having a shop. To the RV folks: You CANT park overnight at this Walmart. Dont blame Walmart. The City of Napa, in protection of its local hotels and RV parks, passed an ordinance against parking overnight in parking lots. Just like other Walmart locations around CA, Walmart is at the mercy of local ordinances preventing overnight RVs. Again, dont blame Walmart, blame the City of Napa. Ive always had great customer service here and never have seen more than 2-3 customers in a checkout lane. Usually, the holdups in line are from people who bring oddball bags for their purchases; do everyone a favor if you insist on using your own bags...BAG YOUR OWN PURCHASE, QUIT BEING LAZY!

The first time I went into the refurbished Napa Walmart, I was so pleased with the new grocery addition. The rest of the store was back in order and CLEAN(!), and the isles appeared wider. I was impressed with the pricing - the prices actually seemed reasonable again and the staff was very helpful giving directions and, at the check-out counters the clerks were helpful and happy. But, I went back this week and the Napa Walmart, is once aqain, to my dismay, a Walmart. The prices were ridulously high - much higher than CVS. The shelves were low on stock and the staff (if they could speak English)- just snarled back at their ever-so-important customers. Most kids in the store were running around smashing into other carts and SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF THEIR LUNGS). Please Walmart, ask parents to control their kids - AND PARENTS, SINCE THE LITTLE DARLINGS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, PLEASE SHUT THEM UP! Adios Walmart.

I wait like 30 minutes until someone helped me at the electronics, I did bought a $850.00 TV with a wall mount . I did setting everything up around 1:00 in the morning and guess what? The TV (55") it was not working, so next day I went to the store I did ask for a manager, and this lady show up (CRISTINA) laughing and saying who need a manager, thats what it gets me mad , I dont know why that store have that lady as a manager if she laugh in this situation! She doesnt care about the costumer, she doesnt know how to do a good customer service, I used to go every month and expend a $400.00 average on groceries but not anymore, I did rather go to target wich they give you better service than this store, of course CRISTINA is the manager. What a joke!

Unfortunately the only nearest walmart to go to. But damn the place is just terrible to go to for god sake the people dont do anything about loitering that happen in around the area that constantly happen. Never seen so many depressed employees with a "I hate this Job attitude" people are just rude and cant even help a customer with anything. At this point I rather make the drive to American Canyon than deal with walmart in Napa and theyre worst. At least the one in American Canyon tell you theyll tell you to f**k off here in Napa they play a little game with then forget about you after a hour with you still waiting. It seem I rather spend more at Target down the street from Walmart than deal with that garbage of a place.

Still on the fence w/ this place. Its kind of hit or miss. Sometimes its convenient, sometimes its a hassle. I guess it just depends on when you go. I noticed that the online picture order does not work. You go through the motions and even get a ticket and time letting you know when youre order is ready, but if they dont get it, whats the use??? I do have to say though, their french bread from the bakery is super fresh, super good, always stocked and always warm. Im a sucker for some good french bread AND [drum roll please] its cheap af!!

I called to check on an order I had shipped to the store. I was transferred to an extension that was never answered, then returned to a human who left me on hold for over 10 minutes. I could hear all of the background noise in the store, so I suspect the CSA didnt know how to place a customer on hold. I finally gave up on the call, then called back only to be placed on hold again, for another six minutes. When she finally answered, the CSA told me she couldnt help me, and that I didnt need to call back, because I can "just check online."

I usually end up going here because of the location and price. But more often than not I go there for a specific and very average item you find in any store only to find they dont have it. And the waiting for someone to look at your receipt, just to leave the store, is ridiculous. They can clearly see you just used the self check. This isnt Costco. You are just wasting everyones time.
