I have tried ordering from Staples on several occasions, both by myself and with the assistance of customer service. I have yet to receive a single item. They cancel my order, I call and supposedly get everything cleared up, answer all of their questions....yet I get nothing. I have been assured by customer service that there was a glitch, but it has been fixed and I shall receive my items shortly....nope. So far three of my orders have been canceled and one is in endless processing. I have given up hope that I will ever receive anything. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Poor customer service. I purchased the wrong ink cartridge, and unfortunately I no longer had the receipt, but Staples refused to give me even in-store credit for the correct cartridge. Their policy states that without the receipt I qualify for at least in-store credit. Its apparent their employees do not abide by company policy. Will never shop here again and I encourage others to do the same. There are better office retailers with employees that care about a great customer experience. Check out Office Depot. Much better experience there!

So the wife goes to pick up ink. Not only does the creepy guy working there hits on her, but the chick helping her gives us the wrong ink. Then when we call in to see if we can return it, were told that we are unable too. Now I have a 25 dollar ink cartridge that I have no use for. Thanks Staples, this is the last time I will buy anything from your establishment. A refunds not that hard.

Worst online experience ever! They double charged my husband after he tried to cancel the order because it is incomplete. They dont even have the monitor. Yesterday they told him they cancelled the incomplete order and would process a refund and instead they sent it and charged him for it again. Now he has to wait a week to get his money back. We will never do business with them again.

Pretty helpful staff. Reminded me of core for ink carts. Often will at least have something you can work with, if they dont have the item. Printing crew knows what they are doing, overall. They arent printers, desktop publishers, but do a fair job of things. They listen to you, so that helps. Ship to store generally sucks, especially paper. Often torn, bent or crushed.

Although I like Staples because they have all the items I need, the customer service is horrendous. I could walk around that store for an hour before an employee asks me if I need any help finding anything. It makes for a horrible customer experience. Staples will lose their business if a competitor oped doors near this store that had much better customer service.

The directions in Google maps to get here are slightly off. It is actually located just off south Meridian, not off in the middle of the forest. Its the white building just northwest of the Google maps location. As to the business itself. The copy center associates were great and helped promptly

They were great in helping me with my printing needs. Even after a mistake was spotted in the document, they allowed me to fix it and re-print for no extra cost. I alway see employees asking customers on the floor if they need help.

First of all they have the worst customer service, their on line information on whats In stock and sold out is inaccurate and they treated me like a shoplifter. Second, they close at 7:00 on Saturdays..
