I went in there today and had a bad exchange them theyve usually always been pretty good. I went in and the guy at the copy and print center wouldnt look at me or address me I stayed for about 10 minutes. I didnt realize he was helping a lady in front of them and she was looking around like Wednesdays going to be done. So ask the guy hey can I pick up my order. My order is an easy pick up order. The guy looked at me rudely and said as soon as I am done. So I looked at the orders on the counter and neither of them are mine I was going to take it and take it up to the desk to pay. I didnt have much time to get to work so I just left and he stared me down the whole walk out. As if I did something terribly wrong vandalize their store. So I called his boss Vicky who didnt seem to have a care in the world about it she said that they talked about it and that he was helping a lady in front of me however he never mentioned that when I was there. I dont think that you should ever respond with an email to a loyal customer please take your business elsewhere. And his boss should definitely show more care when somebody calls in with a complaint. Im all about protecting my workers but if theres a misunderstanding in someones completely rude something should be done. Ive spent 200 to 300 dollars of a copy and print center my business has probably done a few thousand in business over the years. I should be able to do business wherever I please. Especially when theyre normally really good at what they do.

I saw a very good bargain on a laptop in their recent sales flyer, called the store, and was told they had only two in stock. I went over immediately. I asked for the laptop, and was immediately pointed to "better" bargains. I insisted on the model I went there for, told them I wanted ONLY the laptop and nothing else. They became rude and pressing, telling me I simply must have extended warranties, laptop bags, accessories, etc., and would not stop reading from their warranty terms, even after I said, "Youre really annoying me at this point." After that came the pressure to have them burn the OS disks, to have it checked out by their technicians, etc. I bought the laptop because of the value, but the hard sales techniques mean Ill never go there again for anything.

Just ran into the store to get a couple cases of paper and receipt books. Not a red customer cart available for me to put case paper in. I picked my few things and went to check out and told the cashier that I needed a couple of cases of paper that was on sale for $39.99. He did not know which paper was on sale and asked another employee which paper was on sale. The other clerk said they were out, I correct him and pointed to the pallet of paper. They acted like who is going to get the two cases paper. Never the less I left with my $38 purchase, would have been $118., less any cases of paper. No carts, No paper sale, No service.

I returned two Canon ink packs worth $95. I did not have my receipt and the cashier was hesitant to give me a refund but after talking to the store manager, she agreed to do so. At first she wanted to put the refund on an Office Depot gift card which I did not want. She then agreed to put the refund on my debit card. The following day I checked my bank account & there was no credit posted to my account. I called the store & they said that it could take 5 business days to post to my account? Not a good way to do business!

Went in, first time to buy a office chair. After sampling many chairs i find one i like, the employee told me they have one left in stock. He left me at the counter for 15 minutes while he "looked". Comes back and tells me they really dont have it. I asked to buy the one i sat in, the display model. Apparently they are not allowed to sell that one. Seems dumb to me to tell me you have one and not double check first and or sell me the one i sat in. Never going back.

I have gone to the copy center for years...these people bend over backwards to help you. I have a Car Stereo Store Outrageous Audio down the street and I always come in with a job that is a RUSH. These people ALWAYS are kind...listen to what I want and get it done fast and economically. The 2 people that helped me last time were Shawnie and Vicki....just OUTSTANDING. Thank you Blane

I called and inquired on a desk by phone. Lloyd was able to find the desk I was looking for and provided excellent customer service. When I arrived to the store to pick up my item he had left for the day. However the furniture manager was just as friendly and helpful. Him and another employee loaded the desk in my car and I was in amd out in about 10 mins!! Thank you!!

Ill be honest, this isnt the nicest Office Depot in the world. But its fine. Im giving five stars for the staff. They were all friendly and happy to help. I was also sincerely thanked by two separate people for coming in. They seem to have a lot of pride in their store. And that really matters in a shopping experience.
