Terrible service. In the store were two employees and neither one acknowledged me the whole time I was there. I was standing in line at the counter behind one man who was making his purchase. When that transaction was done, the employee at the counter began to shout past me at the other employee (he was obviously upset with him), then proceeded to lean on his elbows and do something resembling texting on his phone. Assuming he had something important to tend to, I waited, but it was a few minutes before I finally said I was ready to buy my item. He looked up at me like it was the first time he had seen me, and reluctantly checked me out without a hint of good customer service.

I went in to buy a phone and was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable, friendly and helpful the employee was. I went back later to make the purchase and the same guy told me he thought he could get me an additional $100 off for my old phone. He worked at it for a while and got it for me, so the phone that retails for $550 cost me $100 + tax. The other employees were a bit unprofessional, but were very friendly and seemed to be having fun. Id rather have that than someone who fakes being polite but obviously hates their job.

It depends who serves you, so pay attention! The tall black guy (Daniel) was super nice and fast, so he gets 5 stars. However, if you happen to get a white blonde boy called Adam, head for the door. I cannot stress that enough.

I stopped by yesterday to buy something I knew they would have, and the sales guy was very courteous and helped me find exactly what I needed. No complaints here.

Rude staff. A guy that answered the phone was a total a*hole. Where are these arrogant salespeople coming from? Upper management obviously dont care.
