Friendly and Great Service. Thank you guys. I went the location to change my car battery and expect him exchanging my old car battery that has still partial warranty. Unfortunately my purchasing record was not in their CRM system because I purchased it from a different franchise so that they dont share my record and then I had to decide going to the old location where is far from my place. However, Nick, a staff, didnt want me spend time and energy to go that far-away and allow me have exchanging car battery at their place. What a pleasure. I am glad that such nice guys, including Jerry, have a good business in my neighborhood. Big Thumbs up!!

We went there to fix an iphone charging port. They replaced it and seemed ok when we picked it up. Buy the same night we noticed that charging is extremely fickle, that any tiny movement while plugged in would disconnect/reconnect the charging. So we cant even use the phone while it is plugged in because itd vibrate repeatedly from flickering between charging and no charging. We returned to the store, and they refuse to acknowledge theres any problem, just told us to "dont touch the plug"

I bought a lightbulb here after bringing in an odd shaped old bulb. When i got home, i found the bulb was too big, so i brought it back. They did not honor their own return policy, even though my product was unused and it was still within the time frame laid out on the receipt, because the packaging was opened. What is the point of a return policy if you cant return a bad part? Of course the packaging will be opened.

Purchase battery for $400 on accident upon trying to deliver after one or two hours after purchase they would not return it as I found the same item for $150 cheaper at interstate batteries. The salesman told me that this battery is a Mercedes and he cant offer Honda prices . Really interesting how these people do business avoid this place

I ordered a speciality battery online for in store pick up. Got an email saying it was ready and went to the store. It was at the counter waiting for me and I was in and out in 15 seconds! Saved 10% for ordering online as well. Great deal and great service.

Dealer told me I probably needed a new battery. Had the battery checked at Batteries Plus Bulbs and was told my battery was likely fine for a couple more years. When I do need a new battery, Ill go back to Batteries Plus Bulbs.
