I cant believe how far Verizon has fallen! Verizon exemplified poor customer service in the 10 days that I was a customer. Verizon was quick to sign up and receive devices, but near impossible to get through to costumer service for anything that was not giving them money. I purchased two new phone lines with galaxy s7 devices and a jet pack mobile internet line. unfortunately the devices didnt work at my house (poor coverage) even though when checking in the store they stated that it was 4g lte covered. The service department was rude and unorganized, dragging me through the same troubleshooting steps each time a new solution was presented. I went in to the store to return the devices and cancel, but since I had purchased online they instructed me to do it online. Online customer service told me to go in to the store, unknown roles seemed to be a standard in the company. This went on for 10 days before the store agreed to take the devices back and charge the "re-stocking fees" of $105.00. They stated that they could waive this fee if I was to have one of there contractors come out and confirm the coverage, but that would push us past the 14day grace period. I now have a $252.73 charge on my account and the store has stated that I purchased a 3rd Galaxy s7 device (I have never owned or intended on owning a 3rd phone). I believe that the pain staking process the company puts its customers through is a scam to push past the 14 day guarantee and force cancellation fees. I have been on the phone for hours with different service representatives, and in the store, receiving the same poor service and generally very rude employees. I live about 22 miles from the nearest store, and it takes roughly 45 minutes each way. They have just requested that I drive back in to the store with a receipt that states "I didnt buy a 3rd s7 device" I have never received a receipt for something that I didnt buy in any transaction. start 5/9/2016 end 5/19/2016 23:04 ET original order # 207516 RF order # 1173583 store received : 22774 01 REP: leavier-EJU61 I left and went to T-Mobile and have never been happier! the customer service contrast was drastic. I cant believe how far Verizon has fallen, and would encourage any one to look at the other options! My friends family and associates will not be using this company for any reason, anytime soon.

Id rate the Verizon network itself five stars but this location has gone downhill. I used to receive excellent service at the Everett Mall Way location, yesterday that was not the case. I was treated very poorly the moment the salesperson walked over. I was talking about getting my own phone plan rather than staying on my Grandpas, but the representative was invasive and rude. He wanted to know about my credit score and whether or not I qualified for a plan, Ive been a loyal customer for years as a line on my Grandpas family plan. I decided against leaving the family plan since he was judging me from the start. So I chose which phone Id upgrade to and that was simple enough, Verizon is efficent despite impolite salesmen. It was also straightforward to add a line to our family plan for my boyfriend and buy him a phone. Then he discussed a bundle that would save us money and get us a discounted phone case. I was going to let my boyfriend get the phone case since I dont normally use them. So I told the salesperson that I dont like to use phone cases and he replied with, "That isnt very smart." It was terrible service to be insulted that way about my preference, I was only suggesting that my boyfriend should have it since I wouldnt want a case. It made me so upset to be talked down to about my intelligence like that. Im a decent customer trying my best to purchase phones and be loyal to the network, why insult me? Anyways, after that all he did was brag about how hes the best at putting on screen protectors and praised himself on being very professional. I disagree, I used to have way better service at this location. He took almost an hour and a half to add a line to our plan, upgrade my phone, and sell us phone accessories/chargers. I wouldnt normally complain about how long it took had he not spent most of it treating me poorly and boasting about himself. There was also a lot of other customers there that seemed shady and unattended children playing on the display phones/tablets. I was so happy to get out of there, at least I love my new phone. Ill always like Verizon as a network because the coverage is great, but this location needs to improve. Management should start kicking out people who are just playing on the phones and fire the guy in the muscle shirt for insulting customers.

I had the worst experience ever here. Verizons prices are too much to receive lousy customer service. I bought a phone and returned it a week later. The rep tried to tell me that nothing was wrong with my phone and tried showing me how to hold a cell phone! I proceeded to tell her I wanted to exchange the phone for a different one and she walked me over to 70.00 phones instead of better quality phones, such as the one I had. I walked away from her and towards the direction of the better quality phones. The rep had a nasty attitude and was yelling at me from across the room. I didnt put up with the shenanigans. I requested help from someone else and told her to get out of my face. I wish I would have gotten her name to report her to corporate because the store manager didnt seem to care.

If you try to call the store, you wont actually talk to someone there but a generic call center somewhere else. For a phone store, youd think theyd own a phone. The online customer service said they could recover data off my phone with a cracked screen. When I arrived, the manager said they could too but it would be a few minutes and it would be $10. After waiting an hour, the tech guy said he cant do anything without a working screen. (I have since found online that I can do it with an app on my PC straight from Samsung). Theyre obviously much more interested in selling product out of the store, and not supporting existing customers. Furthermore, they dont know what theyre doing in the tech department. I wont be giving them repeat business.

I go out of my way to work with this store, mostly cause theyve always been really helpful and put me first over anything else. They clearly lay out all my options, and figure out what works best for me. After pointing out how another store in the area had tried to rip us off through our bill, theyve walked me through getting it fixed up to where its saving me money again. Last time I went in because Id shattered my phone screen and needed to know my options. Rusty helped me out, and he was REALLY helpful and friendly, and even asked me where I worked so I could get a corporate discount on my bill. Id recommend this place to anyone in the area, Ive never in my life had such a good experience with a phone retailer.

I went into this location today June 6, 2016 at 2pm with a few questions about renewing my plan. As I walked in the door I was greeted by a very nice greeter who put me on a list. I waited a minute it was slow in there, and a gentleman with the personality of a zombie came up to me. I asked my questions, concerning a reoccurring fee that will happen monthly after signing up for another 2 year contract. After a blank stare his answer came in a condescending tone that I really didnt appreciate. I decided to jump ship and just call Verizon with my questions. I certainly will never use this location again, their sales guys could really use some training from their greeter on their peoples skills.
