This is the first time in my life I am writing review, I am really pissed off so couldn’t stop myself. I would give 0 stars if it is allowed in the website. 5 days back, I spilled a lot of tea on my car seat and carpet, went to car toys. They said uhhh we deal with this all the time, don’t worry we will get it fixed. And they promised me to clean & shampoo seat, carpet and truck for $125. They booked appointment after 4 days. When I went back after 4 days. I talked to the detailer he said yes I remember, its 125 dollars. Guy on the counter don’t you want to check before quoting, detailer says no I have seen the car it is $125. They guy on the counter says no no its going to be $150, tax and environmental fee. They did not mention any environmental fee before but since I don’t have any option and my car had been smelling really bad for 4 days I got agree on $150. Left my car and went to office. After some time detailer calls me and says there is mold on the carpet, and many technical stuff that I don’t understand, I will have to charge $150 extra + $50 for something else, total will be $350. Come on I did not give you my car to clean carpet mats. And obviously after 4 days there will be mold. I got pissed off and took my car without get it cleaned, went to Pro club Salon. They are very nice, they shampooed seats, mats, carpet and all the interior including doors just for $129 I will never ever go back to car toys and will never recommended to anybody else.

I recently purchased a 2015 Subaru WRX. I loved everything about the car except the terrible sound quality of the stock stereo and speakers. I decided to stop by this location around 8:30 on a Monday night to see what other options were out there. I spoke with Joe for about 45 minutes (yes, he stayed past closing time to help with no complaints), and he walked me through a few different stereo options for my needs. After I settled on the Pioneer AppRadio 4, I asked Joe to take me through a couple of speaker choices that would be an improvement over the stock speakers but not break the bank. I ended up going with Focal after a brief sound demo. I dropped my car off the very next morning at 9am. The stereo and speakers were installed when I got off work at 3:30, and I couldnt have been happier with the work the installers did. I was able to retain my steering wheel radio controls, and the new unit was powered into my existing USB port in the center console, just as I had requested. To conclude my experience, Joe walked me through set up with Apple Car Play and helped me through setting up a custom EQ to get the most out of my new speakers. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an aftermarket stereo. I was impressed with Joes knowledge and the fact I was never pressured into anything I didnt need.

Went in last Sunday for a new deck for our 2003 Prius. Picked out one that cost $150 with a sign next to it that said install labor included. They determined that we needed a dash kit for the new deck to fit right. Also needed to pay for an additional 30 minutes of labor. Fine. Ordered dash kit for $45. Total price came to $300. Dropped the car off today for everything to be installed. When went to pick it up woman at desk just handed us the keys. Got into the car and what do we see? Dash kit wasnt used. So went back in because WTF?! Told that the install was extra difficult and they needed to charge us for ANOTHER 30 minutes of labor so it was "a wash". Excuse me?! This is totally unacceptable. First to not even be told that the dash kit wasnt used when we picked up the keys and then to be told that they needed to do extra labor when we had already paid for an hour of labor is absolutely messed up. BTW they only had the car for an hour but charged me 1.5 hours of labor (extra 30 mins we paid and the 30 mins that comes with purchase of a deck). What a bunch of shady people!!! I will never go to another Car Toys again and will be instructing everyone I know and meet to never go to one either!

Apathetic and indifferent customer service and high prices offset the advantage of one stop shop and install. Ive had a reasonable experience with them in the past but yesterday: I and my wife go in and see that a lone service agent is serving a customer at the counter. I line up and wait for a while. Some acknowledgment and indication of how long I might have to wait would have been the right thing to do. There was none. After a while I start browsing around the store figuring Ill be called once the agent is done with the current customer. Some 20 minutes go by. Then the customer who was being served steps out with the service agent, to look at his car. Service agent reruns and I walk towards the counter. Another customer walks in and beats me to the desk. Agent starts serving her. My wife points out that weve been here for a long time. Agent says "sorry Im the only one here" and goes back to serving the customer who just walked in. We leave. The agent clearly neither understood nor cared about customer service. He clearly saw us in the store, the only other customers, for the past 29 minutes. Yet he chose to serve someone who just walked in.

Walked in there yesterday, black Friday, was greated immediately. The man who greated me (did not get his name) told me someone would be with me shortly. Sure enough. I was helped, and Was recommend great products. At one point, the techs werent sure how the installation of the stereo would go due to some wiring in my car I was not aware of. I was given options and Chris, told me it was better to start off with something basic because it would most likely work. If not, of course theyd do a rewiring for a reasonable price. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. I was told Id have to wait until 10 pm (depending on their work load) it was 5pm at the time. I got a call back at 8 pm telling me my car was ready for pickup. When I got there, the guys were so nice and even funny. I was taken to my car and I was walked through the process of how the stereo and bluetooth functions. Overall... Extremely pleased with the work, the attitude (despite it being black Friday) the price and the timing of the whole process. Thank you Bellevue team. Ive already recommended yall to a few friends and my parents. Will for sure go back for future needs!

I had interior detailing done at this place- very bad experience. 1. My car was looking like just vacuumed 2. If you take coupons from Groupon or similar site they will not schedule appointment quickly 3. They will say most of the things are not covered 4. Customer service representative will give you offer of adding additional services for exorbitant cost once there 5. I came to know only things you can see quickly will be vacuumed 6. If you have minivan - dont expect they will clean carpet below third row seat 7. They will offer you to clean thing after you show them and for that you have to go again for cleaning which no one will do 8. Dont expect all things listed on groupon coupon will be done e.g. Hot water extraction is just one pass which does not guarantee cleaning or stain removal. You have to pay extra for hot water extraction of carpet. Ozone odor removal is not included. 9. Dont expect any leather seat cleaning
