I go to their establishment to upgrade my phone and ask if they recommend anything that would last a long time. A nice girl recommends the LG G4. My phone gets stolen within the first week and they help me get my first replacement. My second phone breaks within the first 12 hours and again, they are able to help me with my 3rd replacement. I made sure to be real careful with my phone. 6 months later, my phone dies unexpectedly with 64% battery. I am unable to get my phone back on or charging. Before I go on, I would like to state that I treat everyone kindly and sincerely no matter how awful they are to me. I return to Verizon to be greeted by a lady with glasses leaning against her desk. I can remember this about her. Chipped nail polish on her stubby fingernails, her belly flab forming over the table she was leaning against, and her voice which gave off a tone of annoyance as she attempted to "welcome" me as I entered. I explain to her that this was my 3rd phone and that I am unable to successfully get it to work. This lady, after trying everything I told her I did with the phone to fix it, asks for a "4 digit" pin after realizing that she cannot "fix" my phone. I give her several 4 digit pins I might think are my password. Of course, none work. "I cant do anything unless you know your pin." were her exact words. "Is there any other way you can verify my account?", I ask. A short/annoyed "Nope" was her response. I thank her for her time and apologize to her, drive back to my house, research online, find my pin, and drive back only to find out the store is closed. Distraught, I head back home. I decide to stop by a different Verizon near my work, in Bellevue the next day. I truly believe that depending on the location, the better the quality of service you receive. Not only did Bellevue Verizon NOT require a "pin" for authentication (a simple drivers license sufficed), they were able to identify the issue with my phone, offer an apology that I was not expecting, and give me a free upgrade to a G5...all within 30 mins. I literally could not believe the difference in service. I would rate this Renton "Fair-Hood" Verizon 1 star, but due to the fact that Ive only had interactions with 3 of their employees (2 out of 3 being helpful and some-what helpful), I give this establishment a 2 star. Im not sure who the lady was but she alone has dropped the rating of the Fairwood/Renton Verizon substantially. Moral of this review, if you want excellent service, its worth the drive to go to a bigger more well equipped facility. Or just dont ask pudgy glasses lady for any help.

I cannot believe I even bothered to step foot in this store. I am so disgusted with the way that my sibling and I were ripped off by a sales employee. This was a miserable experience. WE WERE THERE FOR THREE AND A HALF HOURS, while we waited for them to explain how the price of the phone would change if we called customer service. Finally, after they finished "transferring" my siblings information/apps/pictures to her new phone, we left the store only to realize THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING. I am so glad the employee asked me to view them on Google and Yelp because frankly, I have never been more happy to write an honest review customer. The two experiences were WORLDS apart. T MOBILE is no where near as pressuring and constantly trying to sell you something. No, I dont want a new phone after you proceeded to RUIN my siblings phone. I cannot believe any steps were taken to correct this situation. I have never been so disappointed. Will never pay for a phone here EVER again. Worst customer service. The employee was on his cell phone with his girlfriend the entire time and could not care less about helping us, only that we were his commission for the day. The store manager is even less helpful and remarkably rude.

Ive been a long time customer with Verizon, always happy with the coverage and plan. Did not know I could upgrade my phone more consistently and go on a month to month basis to pay off my phone slowly so I upgraded my plan and was happy with the customer service! Rep was great and Ill be going back to possibly add a line and purchase a tablet also! thanks verizon! EDITED POST: Just read a post by the lady with the 1 star review, I am in the customer service industry, I deal with customers who wont be satisfied because of how they interpret customer service, there needs to be respect on both sides and the company will make sure you are well taken care of, you cant expect to be catered hand and foot. You cant satisfy everyone and the ones you cant satisfy are the customer you dont want anyway.

Best customer service I have ever had from a Verizon Store. I went to another Verizon Store in the Landing and I was lied too, and tricked into buying stuff. I was going to take the penalty and cancel my contract because I was so frustrated with the Verizon. I then found this store which is actually closer to my house then the one I was going to. My first time in this store and I was so impressed. The Manager is always there and I see her educating her staff on products, computers and customer service. When I buy something from this store I feel really good walking away. I have now bought 3 phones and accessories from this store in the last 6 months. The customer service I have received from the staff there has made me change my mind about going with another carrier.

We had a great retail customer experience thanks to a Mr. Cruz Lomas. Cruz was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He stayed well past normal closing hours to finish the transaction and make sure we were satisfied with our purchases. I have no suggestions on how to have improved our shopping experience at this Verizon outlet, because Mr. Lomas set the “gold standard” for exceptional customer service. As a result of his efforts we bought two new phones and I intend to send another family member to him where Cruz will make another sale. Verizon gets to keep three happy customers, the store makes another successful sale and we have excellent devices and a “plan” we are happy with. Everybody wins! Tom D.

I would give a zero but that is not an option. They messed up my phone order twice and were VERY unhelpful when I tried to get them to fix it. I was charged the same activation fee twice and my refund amount was incorrect as well ( I had to spend multiple hours on long phone calls with Verizon customer service to get is fixed ). Two months after the initial activation I am still dealing with customer service to fix their mistakes. Rebecca (the Manager) made misleading comments and was unwilling to admit her mistakes. LyCrystal (an employee) also outright LIED to my face about a fee!!!! I can not overstate hos disappointed I am in the service. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Verizon is great but this store is a complete waste!!

Tiara did an outstanding job dealing with my elderly father! She made the experience of getting a new phone painless! She also showed him how to use it and help him reset passwords to make it easier for him! I would recommend anyone needing help on picking a new phone, pros an cons for all, billing , apps, agreements, anything to do with cell phones, call the Fairwood branch and talk to Tiara! She knows her stuff! Super friendly and extremely helpful! Thank you so much!
