Alex was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly while helping my family and I switch back to Sprint for their amazing new deal! I was so excited that Alex was one of the last stores in Snohomish County to still have inventory of the phone I wanted, which was on sale, AND in the color I most desired as well! This store was extremely quiet and we were therefore able to receive amazing customer service! I highly recommend using this location for Sprint and co-affiliated cell phone services. Thank you so much Alex, all your hard work helped us so much! Great Job guys!

Horrible experience. The lady didnt want to help me at all and when I asked if she had microphones she looked so confused, didnt know where they were and replies that she doesnt usually work at this location. As I browsed to find them she informed me they would be closing in 10 min and I believe it was 8:37 when she said that. Now I know why most of their stores are closing.

This used to be a great place before Sprint took over, or partnered up. Used to get the finer things for random electronic parts. Nowadays its just a retail store for consumer electronics and half taken up by Sprint service phones. Still they get an extra star because their staff was actually really nice and outgoing when I stopped in for a usb splitter.
