I usually by things online but I figured I was in the neighborhood and was getting a note 7 anyhow ... so I stopped by. Picked up my phone, the asian guy said I couldnt buy my phone outright to keep my existing plan. Ok, whatever, stupid verizon right? I paid as much as I could and $5 was left for me to pay next month. NOte 7 debacle came and went and I went back in and end up w/ the same asian guy. He was running the transaction, calling ppl and asked the verizon rep. what to do. After he returned my phone and repurchased it, the lady there asked why did he return it and it shouldve been just a straight swap. That raised my eyebrow and what made me realize that he was incompetent was when he said, "well, its already done." I checked my bill and I was right! This fool (made all asians look stupid) returned my phone, repurchased it and said it was fine was a retard. My bill said that I just refinanced another phone, recharged an upgrade fee and finance $5.00 again. The amount is not the issue its the principle and thank god I had a very competent verizon wireless customer service rep. to fix everything that he caused. Dont come to this place. Customer service is terrible, they dont have a good attitude and it shows in the store. Customers arent greeted or even acknowledged. The just stand in somewhat of a line and wait for someone to help them. The store is clean ... but the attitude is dirty.

This Go Wireless store needs to improve in its customer service training and development for employees. Ive had multiple bad experiences and I am no longer going back. Recently, I went into the store with my husband and sister to pursue upgrading our phones. There was one employee working and he was already working with a customer. We were fine to wait. Thirty minutes later there were 3 other customers waiting behind us and the store was closing within 45 minutes. The employee didnt acknowledge any of us waiting customers and so we had no idea how long he would be with the current customer. Finally, my husband asked him if he could let us know the wait time because our 4 month old was getting fussy. A few minutes later he said he would be working 30 to 40 minutes more with the current customer and would be closing soon after that. It is really disappointing that it took prompting before he would tell us customers we were wasting our time by waiting - that he wouldnt be able to help us. As we were leaving, one of the customers behind us said he just needed his phone contacts synced and he would wait because it would only take a few minutes. The employee insisted that he wouldnt have time to help him and hed need to come back. Very disappointing customer service.

Please shop else where. Purchased phone with $199 deposit on November 10th. They failed their promise to contact me when the phone was available. When I contacted them two weeks later they said the phone had been in for over a week. I asked to terminate the purchase. Was advised that I had to do that in the store. When i went to the store I decided to take the phone. They could not sell me the phone. I said good cancel the phone and credit my account. I waited for what seemed to be an hour. I asked the clerk to do what was necessary and let me know when everything was settled. Many emails, phone calls broken promises and it is Dec 22. Decided to contact Verizon directly. They took information and promised to contact me the next day. They never contacted me. The acorn does not fall far from the tree. They still have my deposit and I dont have the phone. Wasted lots of time.

Today I spent over 90 minutes whilst a friend of mine tried to clarify a newly signed contract which included the upgrade of two phones and the addition of a Hum device. The costs involved had been poorly explained and when my friend, on advice of their own Customer Service Department, visited the store to clarify the situation and cancel the Hum device he was met with a stock answer of you signed the contract and you are outside the 14 day return period. As an independent observer I can only say that I witnessed a complete lack of understanding of the customers needs and a failure to satisfactorily resolve a situation which had been caused by the store and worsened by an inconsistent response by the Customer Service Department. My friend wishes to stay loyal to Verizon - a shame that this is not being reciprocated.

I came into their store looking to upgrade to a new cell phone, I read a lot of reviews on a few different phones but still had some questions. Kat was my sales associate her smiling face and knowledge of phones eased my stress of making a good choice for my needs. Not only did she help me get the phone that best fit me she also helped get my plan to cover all,my needs while saving me on cost. I not only walked out with anew phone but a tablet too ! Great package deal. I travel often between eastern and western Washington and the sales team at this location by far exceeds my customer sevice expectations. I can not thank them enough for a wonderful experience!

Terrible customer service. I stood in there for 35 minutes while they helped other people. And not one person even acknowledged the other customers or I. 3 other people along with myself walked out, before anyone even gave us a greeting. Not to mention neither of them had any idea what they were talking about. I heard them both contradict each other several times. I also didnt appreciate the fact that I was not addressed personally, but the sales man had a locked gaze on my breasts. I already called Verizon and left a complaint.

When it was time for you to go home to your family instead you stayed until my phone issues were taken care of. Thanks so much for getting me a new phone and for the loaner until I got my new phone. My mother and sister went in to get Verizon iPhones. Had to order the phones but that was not too much of a problem. When they actually got the phones they received absolutely no instruction in their operation and the sales person actually said he did not like iPhones. Its not his job to like or dislike. Its his job to know his products and sell the customers what they want. Unless you just happen to want to purchase what the sales geek likes, go elsewhere to get your phone!

I worked with Tyler this past weekend, his knowledge with my device and service plan is quite superb. After many frustrations with other Verizon Stores and Apple Stores he was able to fix all of the issues they caused while also teaching me a thing or two about my phone and plan. If I knew about this location prior to purchasing my phone I would of purchased it here. I will definitely be coming back here to see Tyler and recommend him to everyone I know.
