I was recommended this place by my mother in law and a friend. I took 3 white gold diamond rings there, 2 bands and 1 engagement ring. One of the bands needed to be sized to the same size as the other band. Then all 3 rings solder together. Mister Jewelry did a perfect job. The ring was sized perfectly and the soldering was perfect. All the diamonds lined up and there was no damage to the rings or stones. And price and turn around was great. It was $72 for everything. Dropped off on a Friday Night and picked up the following Tuesday. I posted that Mister Jewelry did a great job on my Facebook and then a ton of friends came out of the woodwork and said they have used them a ton of times too and love them. Everyone there was super nice. This place is great.

A watch battery is about all they might be capable of. I left a $150 sterling silver necklace for repair (repair chain and re-string beads) and returned for it a week later. It was still in pieces! I was told it "must have broken again in the envelope", that it was "no good" and "they didnt want to work on it again". The silver was still tarnished and there was no sign of an attemped repair. I took in a ring as well and they werent even interested in looking at it. They demonstrated a complete lack of creativity and technical saavy to resolve either issue.

I took 3 watches here to have batteries replaced and was very impressed with both how fast it was done and the cost. Ive taken one of these watches to a mall store before and it took about 30 minutes and they charged around $30 for it. Ridiculous. Here, I was there certainly less than 10 minutes, possibly even closer to 5 and all 3 batteries were changed, time corrected and it only cost $15.75! I couldnt have asked for better.

DONT TAKE ANY RING HERE FOR SIZING ESPECIALLY IF DOWNSIZING!!! Not only will you get a THIN ring back, thin enough that the ring WILL warp, they will also tell you that your ring is bending because of "activities like heavy lifting or mowing the lawn" If downsizing they cut a piece of the ring out AND DONT EVEN GIVE YOU THE REMOVED PIECE BACK!!!!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT BRING YOUR JEWELRY HERE FOR ANY PURPOSE!!

Took a silver italian chain to have the lobster clasp replaced, and soldered back on. 22.60$ and 2 days or less later and my chain is brand spanking new again! Thanks, coming back again to get my friends gold chain fixed!
