simply not impressed.. I brought my watch in for a simple spring bar repair and was grossly overcharged for the service. I took a second to reach out to their corporate office in regards to it prior to leaving a review and they told me they couldnt comment on the cost of repairs of other Jewelers. It was their store! Either way I would be cautious and ask for pricing upfront and affirm the work was done correctly as in this case it was not..

No Kidding about this review the Ladies who helped me was wonderful. Sonja and Rachel, helped me pick an engagement ring and wedding band i really liked for the price i wanted with no pressure to buy, explained the warranty and gave me an extra discount. Also Rachel even went and called the Jareds where Im from in NJ to set up an appointment to get my Rings resized within 1 day.. Thank you ladies for your excellent Customer Service.
