Store Owner Matt Major Attitude ! I took my Pocket Watch in to get work done on it ! Matt did the work . I got my pocket watch back Had it for like A week then I went to set the time and the stem pulled out I called Him told Matt what had happened he told me to bring it in and he would take A look at it ! So I drive over to his store ! Went inside put my pocket watch on the counter and did not even say A word to him ! And for what reason I dont know He got A Major ATTITUDE ! Gave Me some of my money back an basically told me to F--k off and get out of his store !

Incredible place to get your jewelry or watch serviced. The husband and wife (beautiful red head by the way) team that run it are amazing people with a genuine care for what they do and for their customers full satisfaction of it. There is also a nice selection of jewelry to purchase on site as well. I will never go anywhere else after the fantastic interaction and service I had with them today.

Man needs a major attitude adjustment they r the place to go for fast work but Id rather wait the few extra days and have it done right he simply did not want my Business and thats fine he could of just said so instead of giving me excuse after excuse but with past things I have taken to him I was disappointed to see my Items look bad after a day or two

I was totally impressed by the service and how fast the repair took. Knowledgeable, friendly and definately worth every penny. Was quoted $75.00 by a store in Bel Air and got it done here for 1/3 the price and while I waited. If you looking for fair, fast, friendly service, this is the place.
