Hands down, worst customer service Ive ever had. Every time I give in and go in this Kmart I am immediately reminded why I never shop here; you absolutely can never check out in less than 10 minutes. Ever. No matter what time you go. And tonight after standing in a 3 person line for over 10 minutes the cashier told me she was closed. I will never go here again. This store is dirty and the staff is lazy. This is why brick and mortar stores are dying. Good riddance.

All i asked was to honor prices/sale signs that are displayed which wouldve been 50 cents off the price they were trying to sell it to me for and 3 associates (including 2 customers service reps) refused. Its not about the 50 cents, its the principal of the matter. Worst customer service ever... I will never shop at this location

This Kmart is pretty sad. It hasnt been maintained in a long time and its often not well stocked. The store feels dingy and neglected. The only thing Ive had luck with are basic clothes for my boys and they seem to last about as long as any other inexpensive kids brand.

This place is disorganized and not maintained well. It is old and appears old. Customer service is almost non-existent. There are some good workers, trying to do their best. Difficult to find employees on the floor to help you.
