The good: Received the tires that I had requested by the next day. Installation was fast. The bad: The technicians torqued my lug nuts on so tight that I had to stand and jump on a 24" breaker bar to get the nuts loose. The anti theft lug nuts (I have one on each wheel) remain absolutely seized to the studs and I twisted my lug nut key to the point of failure trying to get them off. The result: I now have to pay additional money for a new lug nut key and potentially new lug nuts. The way it sits, I will be stranded if I have to change a tire out in the middle of nowhere and have to come up with a solution on how to fix their mistake
