To start off, if I could give this place negative stars I would but the only way I could do a review was to give it one so here we are. First of all I used to work for sears for 3 years and I know all the inner working of the company. I have shopped at plenty of kmarts and never had this many problems as I have had with this particular kmart. I am now a manager at a different retailer and I know how you can take care of the customer without compromising the stores profit. Not only does the store hire unhelpful and rude associates but the management is also this way. I was in and was shopping for my 5yr old twins so u was happy to see buy one get one free on summer apparel. As I was shopping I asked an associate who was folding to make sure there was no problems and everything would cone up correctly and she said "yes as long as it ends in .99". I spent about 25 minutes looking around and went to check out. On top of there only being 2 lines open I found myself at the front of the line and after she scanned the items I asked to make sure everything came up bogo, and if you guessed the answer was a no you are correct! She called a manager over and she took the shirt to find the sign. I told her all the signs in the whole department say "buy one get one free $3.99-$49.99". After what seemed about 6minutes( which by the way is years when customers behind you are getting frustrated and constantly apologizing to those in the line I told her void it and I will go show her. The cashier says " idk what is taking her so long!" As this story is long as it is I will sum it up. The manager tells me only the items that have the sign above it. I told her forget it all im not buying anything. I have had countless bad experiences with this Kmart from long lines, rude associates to unhelpful people on the phone who put you on hold and never give you an answer to your question. This is by far the worst Kmart I have ever visited and never in a million years would I recommend it to my worst enemy. Never will I ever go back.

Remarkable space and amenities but humans are always humans but delays are beyond imagination ! People have a lot of room for improvement/ training. We had a single pickup of online shopping from this kmart store. This took more than 35mts although the big size packet was just in front of the desk. I wish All the Very Best for specific improvements in the New Year !

worst customer service ever , the managers are atrocious, and no one is aver available to help you find anything . if you ask for a manger they tell you its this person and when you speak to the person they tell you its someone else ...No one ever takes responsibility ... would not recommend to my worst enemy ...20 stars to the negative ...

Wonderful store - SIKE!! Every time I go to this store and get in line I remember that their service is very slow and Im in line way too long. I havent been in this store in well over 9 months and its very close to my home. Please do not go if youre in a hurry; because the line can be short and it still takes 20 minutes - at lease!

Im writing as I wait for someone to assist me. Ive been waiting for an associate to help in layaway for the last 25 minutes. Thats enough said. Absolutely the worst Kmart store Ive been to. Every rime I go here, no associate has customer service skill. Avoid this one at all times!

Bunch of low class bums. Called multiple times in morning to ask to see if they have a particular item in stock. Was put on hold for more than 30 mins. Then they finally tell me they dont have it. Prob never even checked even though they showed it was in stock online. Bums

Very very poor customer service. They sale electronics and bikes without all the proper toolds. Then after coming back and forth there they tell you its nothing they can do for ur inconvenience. AVOID THIS KMART MY ABSOLUTELY ANY MEANS.
