This store is for people looking for real foot comfort and healing. I came to Marybeth years ago and could hardly walk due to foot pain. Within 6 months I was back to normal and I have been a loyal customer since. These people know what they are doing. It is expensive for good shoes and custom arch supports and worth every penny! This company is not for you if you are not serious about foot care and expect Walmart prices. UPDATE ON REVIEW Upon returning to Foot Solutions, I found that the store had been sold to a new owner. His name is Sanjay Kharidai. I was hoping that the service and knowledge would remain the same. I have been in twice this week and everything is still remains the same as it was. Sanjay is very professional and is eager to accommodate my needs. Everything in stock and had a very fast turnaround on rebuilding my custom arch supports. STILL A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP!

Oh my goodness. Ok! So! About a year ago I was waking up to go to work, I stood up and promptly fell right on the floor. My plantar fasciitis had gotten so bad I couldnt even stand on my own two feet. I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts so it was only a matter of time. I had two options: cortisone shots or try new shoes. I went to Foot Solutions on Broad street, bought inserts and new shoes and within one month didnt have any more problems. Here I am a year later and I havent had an issue since then and they remembered me when I went back in the store to pick up my new shoes!!! My feet are so happy! No shots needed! EVER!

I had second thoughts first after reading the reviews about this place. but I toke it upon myself to make my own judgement. Mary Beth was very helpful. I needed a pair of shoes for my mother who was going through chemo for cancer. She made us feel very welcome. They were very helpful in fitting a pair of shoes for her feet. Unfortunately her feet swelled and the shoes became uncomfortable for her. We toke the shoes back and they were able to stretch them to fit her comfort. Thanks again for all your help. James

Poor customer service in terns of return policy. The outlet was closed in December during the 14 day policy that they have. They still counted the closed days in 14 days and refused return and asked a ton of uncomfortable questions and only open for expensive replacements They try to conceal less expensive options and only sell expensive items from their shop ..e.g foot inserts. I will not be going there and not recommending to anyone for sure!!

I was sold shoes much too large for me and fell twice in them. I kept telling MaryBeth to be very careful of my bad large toe when taking the foam mold for orthotics and she ignored me and pressed hard on the toe and I recoiled in pain. I was also sold additional accessories for my shoes that were a total waste of money. I will never shop here again.

People at this store very pushy and condesending. I ask to take picture of shoe to send to my husband just to see if he would consider wearing. You wouldve thought I was smuggling intelligence to Russia. For god sakes it was a shoe and I might have bought if he liked it enough. I would never go to that store again!
